Many people are underestimating the psychological impacts those ballistic missiles have on Israelis. It's as symbolic as their pagers and assassinations carried out.

The problem now are launchers, they are easy to repair or make, but under constant air agression this makes it more difficult

Thus the tactic of Iran is firing less salvos and quickly get back underground to not lose the launcher and re-use it later

Israel miscalculated thinking Iran would never recover/reorganize and that the war would last a few days with Israeli advantage
