This is now an existential battle for survival for the Iranian regime. Escalating from this point can only go one way.

They’ve fought more than anyone else would - so respect there - but from here the only choice is to back down. Fight another day. Unless they’ve decided to go done in flames

Iran itself wanted to be sacrificed they should have remained silent and develope while they have been insulting countries doing just that but now they will learn and adopt.

They should come out a day where nobody can beat them
 
There is no "Peace"

Israel has attacked Palestine (Gaza/West Bank)
Israel has attacked Syria
Israel has attacked Lebanon
Israel has attacked Iran

It buys time till it re-arms , and then it does a pre-emptive attack that is the pattern it follows

It acts like a Serial Killer , unable to stop it's actions

In all these above cases Israel is main instigator of war

Of course, for China is out of question, all factions of the US politics are regarding China as the largest threat since their existence, it is either you or me.

But for Iran, it is also now the same, they cannot rely on those Democrats anymore, they are doing the soft killing to Iran, just as lethal as the GOP.

Iran will keep bouncing on the Israel tho and perhaps even target US ships
 
I think the Iranians will come to the table with the us. After all the nuclear program is "dead" as per Trump. They have nothing to gain from openly attacking the US.
