Can Iran sue the Israel and the West when this is all over? As well as sanctions relief for an unprovoked attack on a sovereign nation.

It's not proven that Iran was trying to develop nuclear weapons.

Doesn't mean a thing.
It means a lot for sensible people and civilized world. Let me explain this in terms even you can understand. When America claims to have destroyed Iranian nuclear facilities but independent reports show zero radiation at the attack sites, that's not "nothing" - that's everything. Basic science tells us enriched uranium leaves radiation traces. No radiation means either your strike completely missed any actual nuclear material (making your military look like fools), or there was never any uranium there to begin with (making your government look like liars). And let's be honest - we've seen this movie before. Iraq's WMDs that didn't exist. Libya's "humanitarian intervention" that left the country in ruins. Syria's chemical weapons narrative that fell apart under scrutiny. Your government has turned false accusations into an art form to justify invading sovereign nations. Attacking countries based on lies isn't foreign policy - it's international terrorism that deserves the harshest punishment possible. But who will hold you accountable? You've rigged the system so no one can. So you'll keep bombing, keep lying, and keep pretending radiation tests "mean nothing" while children die under your drones. The world isn't fooled anymore - we see America for what it really is: the most dangerous terrorist organization on the planet, hiding behind a flag instead of a mask.

If Iran wants to get a nuclear warhead, then Iran must do so in total secrecy. Which means Russia cannot be involved due to potential leaks. If Israel finds that Iran has nuclear weapons, Israel could go nuclear on Iran. So having a few nuclear warheads would be great for Iran as an insurance policy of revenge if Israel uses nukes on Iran. Though nobody can know about it. I know there are many spies in Iran so this is tough.

Hypothetical analysis - brings up a couple of good points though

UK Government plans to proscribe pro-Palestinian protest group "Palestine Action" as a terrorist group.

Apparently the damage to the planes was in the region of £30million - 50million depending on which new article you read ( engines basically scrapped it seems )

It’s already applicable. Iran has officially been calling for the death and destruction of Israel since Islamic Revolution (1979). It’s the stated policy of the Iranian state to eliminate Israel by whatever means necessary.
Are you even slightly cognizant of the history of the middle east?

Why commence timelines at a point of your choosing instead of stating ground realities?

Are you aware that CIA and Mossad had sustained the Shah's regime, being instrumental in the creation of the SAVAK secret police? Mossad agents used to holiday and party in Shah's Iran.

The relationship was sketchy, admittedly, as the Shah was not openly supportive of Israel, certainly in later years.

Nevertheless, if a nation has already interfered in the internal affairs of another, then there is little surprise that when revolution finally occurs, as it did in 1979, that the nation interfering will be immediately turned against by those now in power.

The question to be asked is"why"? Why did Mossad facilitate the Shah?

Well the answer to that is quite simple. Back then, it was the Arabs who rallied against Israeli hegemony, hence the Shah was nurtured as a counterbalance. The roles have now reversed.

Nations like Israel, based on falsified colonialist premises, cannot sustain themselves and are dependent on clandestine malevolence against their neighbours, in order to survive. They are maintained on life support, as we are witnessing right now. Ask yourself what hope Tel Aviv would have without constant western sustenance?
