Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

Pointless action with no tangible results.
Seems to be the case.

The base was probably deliberately targeted so as to minimize a Strong US response, and the Qataris being okay towards Iran were probably warned before hand.

In the end, this seems more for domestic audience than anything tangible.

What an idiotic ppl are ruling Iran. Now making entire GCC to go after them officially. Also giving perfect excuse to US for further attacks. No wonder Iranian mullahs thinks from their @$$ rather brain. I posted multiple times that Iran should only continue attacking Israel since this will hurt US interests more than anything else.
100% these bases are empty anyways and hitting them has no strategic value.

Absolute theatre.

It's seems like Iran is not serious about escalation. It is a face saving measure. A mistake by Iran in my opinion. It should go all in.

They attacked a US army base that likely participated on the attack on Iran.

How is this backstabbing?
While hosting US bases is no less bad, even worse actually, but that is a form of diplomacy against bullies. It’s clever from one perspective, coward from the other.

But violating Qatari airspace would break the investor confidence that fuels the arab economies and will keep them floating post oil world.

One potential target for this so-called "military retaliation" could be early warning radars in Qatar. Just an idea.

Sounds similar to Usa claim they have attacked Iranian nuclear facilities not Iran, this will isolate Iran even more than before as the GCC will continue to see Iran regime as a threat.
Well the GCC countries cannot expect to allow US assets flying from in-country bases to strike at Iran without a reaction. Same goes for Iraq where the airspace is wide open for Israel to attack Iran at will.

It seems the Iranians warned Qatar before hand, which everyone expected, so is it really an airspace violation?
