Theft of reserved seats from PTI allocated to other political parties by Supreme Court
Supreme Court back tracked on their own Original Decision to allocate mandatory Reserved seat (for Women and Minorities) which were suppose to automatically go to PTI.
Source Original Decision
By Rule of law , PTI were meant to get reserved seats as they won almost 91 seats in Elections
Putting forward extra pressure on weak coalition government
However in a odd decision by Supreme court (Now being run by new Judges promoted quickly thru the Lower court ranks since last decision and larger bench (also a illegal act to manipulate Supreme courts)), the courts decided that PTI now don't deserve the mandatory "Reserved seats"

The Law
Article 51 of the Constitution clearly lays out the basic principle of allocation of reserved seats, which are given to women and minorities in proportion to general seats, the party wins. This is "Automatic" allowance
Example :
Lets say you win 91 seats , then based on total number of seats you get certain predetermined number of Minority reserved seat automatically
“The Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC) is the parliamentary party with the largest number of seats in the Centre, Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
“The allocation of reserved seats to the [SIC] is part of an unconstitutional and undemocratic plan to illegally and forcibly convert the majority into a minority.”
PTI also vowed to take back the

- PTI Instructed it's independent candidates to join SIC (when election symbol was stolen from it by Election Body), so that the Reserved seats would be allocated to PTI coalition instead of it's own Party Banner
