With our chief's recent visit to USA, it is very high probability that USA offered us their latest F-16's if not more, we proved to be the BEST marketing for J-10s and JF-17s in recent times, Trump being a businessmen would definitively want a piece of the pie while trying to shut the door off to China, in such circumstances i wouldn't be surprised if China would want us to sign some sort of NDA to move forward.

In the longer run, i think it would make a whole lot of sense (tactical, geographical, strategical and historical) to move into China camp if we are in a catch-22 situation
 
F7 are replaced F7P are still in used in limited numbers..

Mirages 3 and 5 numbers are still more 100 actively... These numbers of J10C affordability not easy ..

We cant reduce our numbers of jets as our numbers mostly revolve around 400s
only few are remaining and basically F-7P is in the combat commander school and there is no operational sqd of F-7P are remaining in PAF,, and we don't need to replace our old mirages with J-10C on one on one basis because J-10C is several times more powerful than mirages.

Yes, there were a lot of PAF Officers/Pilots in the UAEAF back in 70's, 80's & 90's.

Those days are looooooong gone.

There are currently some IP's, but that's just about it. Some on the Vipers & some on Trainers.

I don't see why PAF would withdraw them.

This Air Chief will get B-52s' from scrapyard before he touches any Vipers.

He & his "tola" are all anti-F-16's.

If I'm not mistaken, PAF leadership said they want to maintain a combat fleet of 400 fighter aircraft.

We currently have a total of 229 JF-17 Thunders and F-16s.

If those numbers don't increase, we might end up with 171 J-10s like PAF ended up with around 190 Mirages.
No one knows how much exactly Pakistan has fighter jets but highly likely it has more than 400 fighter jets. I think one air marshal and magzine stated that Pakistan has mord 200 JF 17.

There is no way production is halted in 2024 and 2025. I think it is not updated. If we go by those number than Pakistan has JF 17 beyond 155 still data for 2024 and 2025 is missing.

There's no halt as such. I think they're busy prioritising builds for Azerbaijan.

You said on those chart it has international order as well mentioned than lack of update for 2024 and 2025 is not due to Azerbaijan or other country order.
It might be that our est is more secrative now and even rumored fighter helicopters from china is so sliently given to Pak.

I've not included Azerbaijan's order yet as no details of their production or serial numbers are available publicly. 🙂
