:ROFLMAO:

Wow. Any particular reason this individual has such a keen interest in believing Indian ties are in the interests of ordinary Americans? No? Nothing specific at all?

Reminds me of that guy...Sunak was his name I think...seemed to spend British tax money on advocating for the country of India, with which he actuallyhad ZERO connection whatsoever (he was born in Southampton, his parents in Kenya and Tanzania, and his family before that hailed from Rawalpindi!!), barring his marriage to an Indian. Why do British tax payers tolerate that which American tax payers proudly rebuff?

Bizzare diversion? Remind me your PM was more interested in getting a response from Modi remember him directly addressing Modi, there was at least one tweet about RSS though lol.

The point is, Indian leaders are not motormouth retards who shoot off the first thing that comes to their mind. That's why responding part is left with Indian babus.

Yeah yeah whatever, Pakistani.
Not sure if you even can read plain English. Imran Khan and every Pakistani PM during Modi's tenure have all directly named Modi and implicated him when criticising his policies or narratives against Pakistan. The evidence is in plain sight.

I am asking when Modi will directly call out Donald Trump for his attack on India. Pakistani PMs do not hesitate to declare Modi as the cause of hindutva hatred manifesting as acts of war against Pakistan. There are many such statements. Here is but one:

Imran Khan: "I want to reiterate that my govt will continue to expose India's belligerent designs towards Pakistan & Modi govt's fascism. Int community must stop India from its reckless, militarist agenda before the Modi govt's brinkmanship pushes our region into a conflict it cannot control."

Where is Modi's scathing critique of Trump or even of Trump's government? Will Modi not even take the man's name as the direct cause of India's current tariff headache?

It's fine. I get that you are embarrassed by the saviour of Indian civilisations quiet ruminating. Embarrassment builds character though. 👍

Trump - dearm of today in night.

Impact - more traffic on india in next 24 hours.

It has been one way traffic. India's bad luck that they met a guy like Trump. It could have been a very long stint where India could have enjoyed freebies indefinitely. The Democrats might turn a blind eye. Trump is different.

Trump is getting furious asking Indians "I want my $3.5 TRILLION BACK that you ate from us". Rightfully, if the Americans had kept this money in their system, and millions of jobs, all these 30 years, they would've generated billions of dollars in Taxes, their debt would be much lower and their economy much stronger.

If today, Trump opens nearly 10 million high paying jobs, imagine how strong American economy will become. In fact, put 5-10 million high paying jobs into ANY big country, and just watch how big of a jump their economy takes and how massive of a drive its debt takes.

They are in complete disbelief. Completely shocked and bamboozled. They truly believed that Trump could be suckered and India would reap maximum benefits.

I would personally start with H1B visas. Hand these jobs to Americans. How is it possible that highly paid jobs are being given to people from the outside? CEO jobs being handed to outsiders. Americans are much better skilled and deserve these jobs. Stop with currying favors and appeasing other nations. India has Russia as its partner. India has made it clear. India is satisfied with Russia.

Americans are very nice and most reasonable people to work with.

There is a saying "You can fool some people some times, you can fool all the people sometimes, but you can't fool ALL the people ALL the time"!!

That's what happened here. Indians thought somehow they had it made, they can fool the Europeans, Americans and everyone else with their fake "big power bulls8"!!

Pakistan smashed that MYTH network India had built. When they saw India was still a third world poor military power, they realized, they lost trillions of dollars. The rest Modi did himself, by not listening on China and Russia.

Someone said it right, the one's with "absolute power" in their brain (Hitler, Modi), always dig their grave themselves (meaning downfall). So true.

Notice how anti-Trump the Indians have become overnight. Indians are grasping at every negative straw they can find regarding Trump.

The Indians did this to themselves. The Indians were playing on both sides of the fence. Trump is the last guy that one should try to fool.

India’s Red Line: Thwarting a US-Pakistan Oil Alliance

The Strategic Context of an Oil-Rich Pakistan

The prospect of Pakistan becoming an oil-rich state, supported by American investment, could significantly alter the regional power balance in the Indian subcontinent. Historically, Pakistan has capitalised on economic windfalls — such as the anti-Soviet alliances in the 1950s and 1960s, Gulf funding in the 1980s, post-Kargil financial inflows, and post-9/11 aid — to bolster its military capabilities and finance cross-border terrorism against India. An oil-driven economic boom could provide Pakistan with sustained resources to expand both conventional and unconventional warfare, including proxy conflicts and terrorism targeting India.

This development would exacerbate India’s security challenges, given Pakistan’s track record of leveraging economic strength to fuel aggression. A financially empowered Pakistan could modernise its military, enhance its nuclear arsenal, and intensify asymmetric warfare, posing a direct threat to India’s stability.

India’s Dubious Distinction

India has the dubious distinction of being the only major power that has tolerated the consistent presence of a hostile and militarised neighbour whose state and non-state actors have repeatedly targeted it. Unlike Russia, which enforced neutrality in Finland in the 1940s and is belatedly addressing threats in Ukraine, or the United States, which would never tolerate a heavily armed adversary in Mexico, India has exercised remarkable restraint in dealing with Pakistan. This restraint, however, has not earned India goodwill or a reputation as a responsible power. Instead, it has emboldened Pakistan’s security establishment, which continues to sponsor terrorism and destabilise the region.

US investment in Pakistan’s oil sector could further tilt the balance, providing Pakistan with the resources to sustain its aggressive posture. Without a proactive response, India risks facing a more formidable adversary backed by a global superpower.

Energy and Balochistan

Balochistan, the likely site of Pakistan’s oil reserves, is not only resource-rich but also a hotbed of separatist resistance against Pakistan’s Punjabi Muslim-dominated establishment. The Baloch people have long opposed resource exploitation by the Pakistani state, viewing it as an extension of their oppression. American involvement in oil extraction would implicitly legitimise Pakistan’s control over Balochistan, potentially stabilising the Pakistani state and enabling it to suppress Baloch dissent more effectively.

For India, the possible oil alliance represents a geopolitical realignment with far-reaching consequences. US-backed oil development could strengthen Pakistan’s economy and military, allowing it to project power more assertively while undermining the Baloch struggle for autonomy. This scenario demands a strategic response that addresses both the economic and political dimensions of the issue.

To counter the potential threat of a resource-rich Pakistan, India must adopt a multi-pronged approach:

Diplomatic Messaging: Issue a clear and stern warning to the United States that oil exploration in Pakistan, particularly in Balochistan, is contrary to Indian security interests. New Delhi must emphasise that such ventures could be perceived as hostile, given Pakistan’s history of using economic gains to fund anti-India activities. Engaging with US policymakers through diplomatic channels and public statements will underscore India’s concerns.

Support for Baloch Autonomy: Ramp up support for the Baloch freedom movement. Highlighting Baloch grievances on international platforms could pressure Pakistan and its backers. While covert support is a sensitive option, it could be explored cautiously to ensure that Balochistan’s resources are not weaponised against India. An autonomous or independent Balochistan could serve as a strategic buffer, reducing Pakistan’s ability to exploit the region’s wealth for hostile purposes. Strategic affairs expert major Gaurav Arya has long advocated for a more interventionist policy: 'If you are not with the Baloch, then you are with Pakistan…. This is the time to support the Baloch freedom struggle with everything at India's disposal.”

Strengthening Regional Alliances: Deepen partnerships with other regional powers, such as Iran, which also has interests in Balochistan and a history of tensions with Pakistan. Collaborative efforts to monitor and counter Pakistan’s resource-driven ambitions could enhance India’s strategic position.

Economic and Military Preparedness: Accelerate energy diversification and military modernisation programmes to reduce dependence on external oil supplies and maintain a qualitative edge over Pakistan. Investments in renewable energy and indigenous defence technologies will bolster India’s resilience against a possible US-Pakistan alliance in the future.

America in the Subcontinent: A Cautionary History

India has legitimate reasons to be skeptical of US intentions in Pakistan. Since the 1950s, American military and economic support has often empowered Pakistan at India’s expense. From providing arms during the Cold War to overlooking Pakistan’s support for terrorism in Kashmir and Punjab, US policies have frequently undermined Indian security. The prospect of American oil companies operating in Pakistan risks repeating this pattern, with potentially graver consequences.

India must approach this development with a clear-eyed understanding of history. The US has prioritised its own strategic interests in the region, often at the cost of India’s security. New Delhi cannot afford to assume benign intentions from Washington in this context.

India’s Red Lines

The possibility of American oil companies extracting resources from Balochistan, thereby fuelling a hostile Pakistan, represents a strategic red line for India. A resource-rich Pakistan, backed by US capital, could destabilise the region and directly threaten India’s security. If Pakistan becomes an oil state with Western backing, the window for preventive action will close fast. Do not forget that while the US armed Ukraine the Russians did little, and today Moscow is mired in a messy war.

The Hindus are squealing. Complete panic. Pakistan should redouble efforts in inviting the US to Balochistan. Let the exploration begin.
