As @Fatman17 and I have been saying, all these reports and investments are just too good to be true, and they seem unrealistic. We also mentioned that the stock market isn't a reflection of the economy, and in Pakistan, it's serving the purpose of low taxation, which is why it's being driven higher. I posted a report about this a while back on this forum.

At this point, I stopped engaging in economic issues, cause the general Pakistani has just a room temperature IQ at best, but I even question that.

It will happen on a rolling basis, but they'll find India as the bogeyman to feed the population, to divert attention from their own incompetence.
 
You have to analyze this over 5 years. Month to month there will be fluctuations especially in a frontier economy like Pakistan.

Doesn't help majority of the country is unproductive and useless.

dont fall for any of the explanations, provided by any (whether from gov. or independent) economic expert.

after years in the field, I can tell you (just to affirm your experience), its all 'magick'!

true test of wellness of economy are just plain simple 4 things:

1. cost of electricity/production, manufacturing strength to produce for longer term and willingness to avoid shocks at all costs!
2. level of trust among individuals in the society (no willingness to loot/thuggery at any level!)
3. how swiftly justice is available even at the lower most level
4. ability of the indviduals to form and influence the government


all else, just lies!

dear, you know nothing about Pak. and its economy so please dont assume what you do not know


Crisis and calamity (if any!) are too different things!

Of course, I am not an expert on Pak economy like many of you Pakistani citizens or Pak origin people. But surely, economies do react to global cues, don't they?

In pak. there is only 1 permanent thing: Crisis!

Crisis came first, Pak. came later and then came us (the blind!)
