We don’t spend enough on mental health, especially facilities for mentally ill to reside in if they can’t be expected to safely move in society.

We have many outpatient options for patients, but there are some that need supervision.
 
I’m not sure of the details of the housing development, but on its face, I agree with the governor and I’m also against one community only neighborhoods.

Muslim groups should make sure Texas does not go against this law on behalf of any other group.

But acting like this is “banning sharia” is pushing a narrative, we can see they want to push in Texas and then nation wide.

Indian Motel manager beheaded by a Man from Latino background.
I also see a news a guy in Ybor Tampa shoot and killed one guy in a bar, after some confrontation, but not sure if the news is true or not.

Eric Adams drops out to the race.

Zohran at 45% needs to try to attract at least some of the 7-9% that supported Adams to have a stronger chance to win. Especially the unions and African Americans.

Mamdani will have to work hard to pick up most Adam’s voters to tighten his lead. There is a possibility that either Cuomo or Sliwa might also drop out, so both former candidates can endorse the remain non-democratic candidate.

Based on Adam’s drop out speech, he seems to endorse Cuomo (“not by what they promise but what they have delivered”, an incumbency bias), and called out Mamdani, not in name, but as someone who would “destroy the system built over generations, that is not change but chaos”; a hint at an anti-immigrant politician bias.

Is it comes down to what Sliwa decides; a three way race or a two way race.
