Are you sure these sign boards are real?
I am no expert but I find it extremely hard to believe that such bill boards will pop in Pakistan at this time. Any political person with even an iota of political sense can judge that these things only encourage more hatred towards Govt.

He can backtrack all he wants; what the U.S. released was agreed upon, and there is no ambiguity whatsoever. Several Pakistani-Americans were part of these talks beforehand with the Trump Administration, and I know one of them. I spoke with him recently, and in his words, there is no change in terms and conditions.
That associate of mine is a very good friend of Mohsin Naqvi. They met when the FM and PM were over.

All the countries signed Trump’s 21 points, along with the ultimatum that if Hamas does not lay down its weapons, there will be a doomsday-like catastrophe. Now, if the attack happens on Sunday, with what face will the Muslim countries condemn it?

India is waiting for the winter so that Chinese help to pak will be limited. Sindoor 2 will happen in winters. What's the role of saudia in case India attacks pak again? Government of Pakistan should answer this question. Our blood is not for sale. What are the conditions of this agreement? Government should clarify it's position over this pact.

It wont happen - i truly believe that. Nothing has changed that would make India's attack on Pakistan work any better than the last time and this time, i am certain that Pakistan will forcefully attack New Delhi and Mumbai as well.
Now, you have the additional factor of Saudi Arabia. Is the Indian government willing to embarrass Saudi Arabia by attacking Pakistan?

Did a local or a foreign company(ies) construct the Pakistani nuclear power plants and are they kept running and up to date by local government agencies? The last question is probably self-evident.
If that is the case can Pakistan export its nuclear technology by for instance helping construct nuclear power plants in KSA?
For far too long there has been talk within KSA of building several nuclear power plants (talk of up to 16) but for one reason or another no contracts have yet to be awarded despite talk of numerous countries wanting to be involved from the US, China, France, South Korea, Russia etc.
However the sheer number of planned nuclear power plants probably makes it very difficult and challenging for just 1 country to do it all.
Now if you ask me, Pakistan would be the perfect partner in this kind of project if Pakistan has the ability to construct at least a few nuclear power plants within KSA.
Such a project, given its highly strategic nature, not to mention costs involved (which would greatly benefit the Pakistani coffins), would add additional strategic closeness between the two countries.
If you could get the Chinese onboard to make it a trio, already mutually trusted, even better!
