n this recent 2025 conflict, India escalated with the use of Brahmos taing advantage of Pakistan's inability to use it's strategic weapons in a conventional conflict.

A lame argument. Can India claim, why did Pakistan use PL15s on day one? Why are you crying about BrahMos? You use what you need to and don’t cry later.

The next battle, India will be wary of the consequences especially with the creation of ARFC and Fatah-IV. It won't be the same anymore, and I am glad Pakistan learned from this lesson.

He knows something you don't. Recently a video of Moujpur surfaced, there are a lot of things you don't know. The only win I can give to India is that they launched strategic weapons early on. Decision making was quick and other that it was complete waste of resources for zero strategic gain, downside now pak will use long range CMs and BMs early on in the next round. You gave out your wildcard early on.

Nobody is complaining. You guys F-ed around attacking civilian targets and found out the hard way again, with at least four fighters down. What was puzzling, is that you guys did not learn from the 2019 conflict.

What's interesting is the uniqueness of this conflict whereby cruise missiles are first used, notably India. It's an escalation, regardless of the ethicality of it, and just to make it clear, it is a fair attack and I am not disputing it. I would be craving for more to, if four fighters of mine start falling from the sky.

However, if anyone is crying, it's Indians who miscalculated thinking a phone call to annouce an attack shouldn't be responded too.

No one said you can't surprise. In fact. I take it positively because it opens up our limitations on the use of strategic weapons by India. That is where we decide to separate our conventional & strategic weapons to ease up the chain of command to allow faster response. This will limit India's options on how to respond in future freedom fighter operations within Kashmir, because the next time this conflict happens again, you would be damn sure cruise missiles will be flying from our side.

I say again, never underestimate the adversary.
I am sure that military planners know this very well. Please use what you need to.

Majority of the posters here had made similar observation after 2019. India would never attack again.
So any assumption in this regard may fall by the wayside anytime.
Who gets a bloody nose is only post conflict assessment. No value of any claims beforehand.
