Russia isn’t delivering anything more than what is usual. Also let’s not forget Russia is still in a war, those flights could easily be Russia buying Iranian ammo from stockpiles that are about to expire or whatever. It could also be Russia delivering spare parts for Iranian Russian fighters or weapon systems. We just don’t know.

Unless there is satellite photo taken showing Russian planes unloading S-400 or MIGs or SUs, it’s all just copium.

Another thing is even if they offer rebuilding up your air defence network sharing info about location or workings of your air defence assets would be a crucial mistake.
