The press conference was held in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, a province that Pakistan Tehrik-e-Baqwas was slowly trying to make it into some sort of a no-go area for non-Pakhtoons.

Which day? Politics is always needed. Sometimes, just consensus is required during war, but politics does not cease.
Politics is about governing inclusively (considering people's opinions and concerns) and effectively.

Lastly, I am never happy about Pak getting hurt. One needs to listen, read, etc, from various sources, friend and foe, to conclude. We are taught in the Quran to learn from people who got astray, were destroyed, and who were rewarded/bestowed equally.
