The only real negotiations happened during the Khan period but they asked for FATA to be given back it´s status pre-2007 or something which was ofcourse refused no other talks happened after that. No foreigners come to wage jihad in Pakistan it was even forbidden by Kabul but what Pakistan has is a local issue just like India has Kashmir, the two situations are identical and the same case in BLA.

Foreigners absolutely do join the TTP and wage war against Pakistan, there's plenty of evidence for that.

There have been multiple negotiations, from Zardari's era, to Imran Khan's era.

The truth of the matter of is that Pakistan wants to blackmail Afghanistan but these entities in the tribal areas and in the KPK agencies don´t really give a care about Afghanistan and see themselves as Pakistanis which they truly are.

There are more Pashtuns in just KPK then Afghanistan itself. Subnallah how can someone even think about Afghanistan in this situation and the Gov´t in Islamabad knows exactly that these elements are local but they want to blackmail the Afghan gov´t in order these TTP laying down their weapons but TTP doesn´t give a shxt about Kabul nor sees them as allies

The problem isn't really that

The problem is that they have space in Afghanistan to exist, train, recruit and then cross the border to attack

Same for BLA

They have bases in Afghanistan, and it's Afghanistans responsibility to either take them out, arrest them or control them

When they don't or refuse then it becomes incumbent in Pakistan to destroy them so they can't be used against Pakistan


The locals in those areas have always been jahils ,but disobeying the law or attacking the state is treachery and Pakistan is vital for the future of the Muslim world

I hope the PML isn't BSing about the kicking out of illegal Afghan refugees. I hope they mean it. But knowing the incompetence and corrupt nature of these people, I doubt they will do anything.

Its not their Govt really, to begin with. In which case, the orders only came from, where they matter.

News is coming that Pakistan may have accepted the ceasefire. If true this would be the greatest stupidity. Even this was not needed. The situation before of allowing soldiers to be butchered was better. Why bother with a purposeless useless 1 day war.

Troops of Pakistan Army have repulsed another raid by Afghan Taliban. Two vehicles carrying around 15–16 Taliban fighters moved from Turkmanzai Top towards Paloseen village opposite to Kurram.

Anticipating a cross-border raid, Pakistani troops opened fire with machine guns and RPGs, forcing the attackers to flee, abandoning their vehicles. As they ran back towards the Afghan ridge, they were targeted with mortar fire from the Pakistani side.
