I know the image is blurry but you can sorta make out a 4 at the end
I'm sure we'll get more pics and videos of all 5 aircraft over the coming days and we can check whether they include numbers all the way to 328.

why is the manufacturing year of serial no. 22 2024, whereas of serial no.23 2023? Shouldn't serial 22 manufacturing year be 23?

My guess would be that a minimum of at least 2 are being produced every 3 months.

That would 8 aircraft a year so, at least 24 produced in the years 2023, 2024 and 2025.

Why PAF is not allowing cameras at PAC like it used to, I don't know.

I think due to India hostile apporach towards Pak. Since 2024, Pak is not disclosing units or number of there assets. For example Nuclear where 2023 and 2025 is same 170 nuclear warhead. COAS Asim is i think very sensitive in disclosing number of assets.

Only 28 Block-3 in PAF?? Seriously?? The number is low.

Are we selling standard block 3s to Azerbaijan or are these being fitted with Turkish avionics?
