Joint Defense Agreement: Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan, news & updates

It will be very interesting to see if/when the Turkish troops get deployed in Syria's southwest and Pakistan's troops deployed in more western regions of Saudi Arabia. The Israeli sense of security will not be the same if/when the Turkish and the Pakistani military presence is so close to Israel.

@Pakistan First

Brother, i will give you the below example for Turkey's ongoing capacity increase in the defense industry.

Aselsan's new facility

maxresdefault.jpg

You see the building within the red square? That building is 2/5 of a admintration building of this facility. Dimesions are 90m x 90m with 4 storeys. Thousands of white collared workers just for adminstration purposes. Rest of the buildings are mostly production facilities with some R&D. Total area 6.5 Million m2. This is not extension of an existing facility or re-newal project. This is a brand new project. Almost every major deisgn offices in Ankara are working on this project mine included. And in a few months they will start to lay foundations. We finished the "Issued for Construction" projects from blank paper in 3 months.

This type of expasion is roughly going for all defence industry companies in Turkey.

And, President Trump will be having the last laugh! They are blackmailing him with Epstein Files.....

PAF had previously toyed with the idea of getting the F16s from Iraq(who have well known maintenance issues in keeping them flying) in return for providing JF17C's and also providing enhanced local maintenance training for the Iraqi airforce.

The airframes are of very low flying hours and can be upgraded to the latest standard for the PAF, etc

The issues of the F16s itself is well documented.

Issue has been approvals(from the USA), lack of funding within the PAF and changes in Iraq on the decision making for their airforce.

THE Iraqi F16s IQ variant IS the least capable f16s variant anywhere in the world. If Iraqi had gone buy jF17 or JC10 they could then get BVR missile etc but I guess US pressure on them would also cause it to fail. Tbh the current Iraqi air force problem is not their fault. Unfortunately for Iraq it lost the war and now is under pressure and influence of other power. Tbh, Egypt and other Arab states have all been given similar inferior jets by US and the French . No surprise here then. The Mecca pact is going to fight Israeli one day so best start now hauling Arab airforces jets. Replaced by modern Chinese Pakistani jf17 blick3s/4s and jc10s for the Pact to have some real teeth.

Algeria should be invited to.

- Massive landscape
- Modern Navy
- Exceptional Airforce
- Technological advanced Army
- Great oil reserves

Algeria has a combined Arab-Turkish culture and could integrate fast into the Pact. And it will give their rival Morocco goosebumps.

Morocco is just the UAE of North Africa.

During the Gaza Genocide, Turkey organized twice a OIC emergency meeting and proposed a total oil boycot and no-fly zone for Israel, and Morocco vetoed it both times.

I would be concern with working with the Saudis. They have a lot of investments tied up in India. How will they support Pakistan against India? Last time they begged Pakistan not to retaliate because they didn't want to see Pakistan "turned into another Gaza." The Hindu is very clever, he's buzdil at his core, and always strong-arms the Arabs or the Americans to limit Pakistan's reaction because the stupid and foolish establishment in Pakistan sell themselves short. The last 25 years have provided enough empirical evidence of this. The Turks are getting down on their knees for the F35. I get the excitement in many here but realistically speaking, these same countries look the other way when Gazan were being r*ped and destroyed. Turkey enabled fuel to the entity, Pakistan locked up its own citizens protesting for Gaza, and the Saudis said it outright that he only cares about the Palestinians because his people do, not that he gives a hoot. So who this is agreement aimed for?
I hope Iran for her safety has contingent plans to deal with each country militarily in their own way if it turns out to be another attempt to isolate and go after Iran - which it seems it could be. I said what I said

They're (Saudi Turkiye& Pakistan)signed it to protect themselves the inevitable attacks in the future coming from Israel: it’s been formed to deal with Israel not against Iran:

LOL! I thought the same! But then I have been fooled by AI videos of Russian sailors cleaning barnacles off whales who came to the sailors for help with that. Hahah!

Bro its very naive, simplistic way of seeing things as you described above. Geopolitics is far more complex. Its takes generations for situation to become ideal. There's always one step at a time.

US a global super power, was net security provider of the region + strongest backer of the Israel. When Israel started its genocide, the US (under Biden administration at the time) deployed its carrier strike group near Gaza. They had zero threat from Gaza but this was clear signal to entire region that we the united States are standing with Israel and no one should even dare to do anything to stop Israel. You mentioned KSA and Turkey. We also didn't do a thing about Gaza. Its a fact! but as i said, one step at a time. Geopolitics and alliances are slowly creating. We are people so full of negativity and that is being expressed all over this thread. For long long time I always desired that why muslim countries or some regional countries do not have a NATO style defense pact. The whole of West has a huge block of NATO. So why we couldn't made an alliance was because US with super power military and hegemony on economy of all of our countries backed with NATO was in the region. It would not have tolerated a move like that. But with rise of China, Iran's resilience in the US imposed war, the US empire is on decline and now the three countries have FINALLY made a move. This alliance between islamic world heavy weights must be appreciated.

As far as Saudi - Indian trade / business is concerned. That is completely INVALID point. If alliances keep thinking about such then its IMPOSSIBLE that we can do alliance with anybody at all. Maybe exception of Taliban lol. More importantly the defense alliances are result of your strategic alignment. Which is always above and beyond your trade / business. For-example India do maybe 10 times more business / trade with China than we do. But look we have all weather strategic alliance with China, military equipment, assistance in conflicts, critical strategic projects all we do with China. On other hand India despite massive trade is always worried on its norther border as if China might invade it. They have no strategic alignment. Saudia would NEVER give any value to India when it comes to defense and this treaty.

Turkey is dying for F-35s, so what? Turkey also is developing its own but it will take time for them to be combat ready. Infact all 3 countries have american made fighter jets employed in very important roles. But as I said it takes time. Pakistan most likely now will be focusing on chinese and turkish partnerships for airforce requirements. Turkey will eventually and slowly turn towards indigenous fighter jets but for time being they need US technology. They need its engines etc.

KSA has helped Pakistan numerous times financially. They have already proven they are our allies. We have very limited allies and they are among them.

As far as Gaza is concerned, its obviously weakness of entire 50+ islamic countries for what happened. Atleast now there is some beginning. Also whatever Hamas did was a huge blunder too. It do not justify the genocide but you should never attack if you can't defend yourself and your people. OIC condition is every country used to be fearing and waiting for its turn just like US attacked Afghanistan, Iraq and now Iran. I wonder why there is so much hatred or insecurity among us. We need to keep aside sectarian BS and our insecurities and appreciate this triad of heavy weights.
