I was thinking that we were holding the footage for some event (too much to expect from our excited leadership), like India released the documentary to embarrass them.
However, China, as an ally, is probably holding such pics. It will not release them, especially after India and China have thawed their hostility. Xi will also be visiting India soon.

China uses India as business transactional partner and will use arms twisting tactics to get them to their terms. By Xi visiting India or Modi visiting China poses NO strategic threat to Pakistan.

Whatever proof there is has no reason to be released either.
Because there is an issue of actually creating a coherent story with what HUMINT you have that established proof for you while also not compromising any sources.
You can do that, but then knowing the Indians perception matters more to them than actual gains so why poke the hornet's nest when the gains for you are negligible.

What hours go where?
More importantly - what hours that a simulator cannot replicate effectively do you need an actual airframe for?

Consider that - and then you'll see you actually have a pretty cost effective gain in the ADFs.

We dont have that many simulators and as mentioned, they will need many hours on air to air, air to ground, recced. Granted as you say, basics like some systems, formation flying can be covered off. Also the simulators are at Shabaz and Mushaf, not Bolhari.
My point being most OCUs can send combat ready pilots to the front line, 19 Sqd simply cannot do that. We were better off when 11 Sqd was the OCU

I have not understood it as an outsider. Why has Pakistan let so many jammed Indian jets off the hook without destroying them? I keep hearing that many of the Indian jets were on Pakistani targets, but they let them off the hook. Why? Indians would have not done that. Why have Pakistanis done that?

I have said during the conflict last year that Pakistan can’t allow India to dictate the tempo and scale of the conflict. This is suicidal for a small country like Pakistan when the aggressor is allowed to dictate terms. If you go back to the thread on the conflict, you will see few members claiming I was being hasty and that response will come and that I should “just wait.” Even ISPR guy was saying “ we will respond at a time and place of our choosing” even as India rained down missiles and drones on Pakistan’s key urban centers.

The last day operation by the Pakistan army was a total show for its people. Artillery and rocket launchers were being fired among civilians with civilians being allowed to climb military assets and pose selfies with troops actively engaged in the fight. It was very clear that the response was for public consumption and that GHQ and the army generals had zero appetite for the war. The PAF which grounded the Indian Air Force within few minutes of the war was itself grounded by the army generals to signal what’s now laughable doctrine of “maturity and restraint.”

Do not expect anything to change in the next fight. This doctrine will continue and future army generals will award themselves with ‘Field Marshall’ and other silly titles.

India was militarily defeated but came out of the war emboldened and just like 1971, expect the Indian military to learn fast and neutralize Pakistan advantages.

I kind of agree with your analysis. For me as an outsider, I don't understand the restraint and patience shown by Pakistan. Why? This question keeps raising in my head. Ok, it is another thing to start a war against your larger enemy if you are a smaller country. But when your enemy strikes you first, you have all the rights to defend yourself with full force available to you. Why still show restraint? Not when you clearly had the upper hand after the enemy's attack and you let their jets go back to their bases without any damage done to them, when you clearly had the means to down them? I want to understand Pakistani thinking and mentality. Why are they hesitant to counter attack India with full force and teach them a lesson?

You're right. The hits by us directly on their economic targets will be merciless. With the superimposed leverage that KSA offers by way of instantly degrading their fuel supply and remittances, the risk for Delhi in attempting any misadventure is now far too great.

They can ONLY use the terrorism option against us, which is indeed harmful, but can gradually be thwarted also.

For me the question is, India keeps raising terrorism by all the times at all levels and is somewhat successful in creating an illusion that Pakistan is a terrorist country. This has created the illusion all over the world that Pakistan is not a safe country to travel. While Pakistanis claim India is funding and spreading terrorism in Pakistan, especially in the area of Baluchistan and KPK. But why doesn't Pakistan raise these issues at international levels with proof of India's involvement in terrorism activity?

Boss, are you trying to say India has space to carry out Operation Sandoor 2 against Pakistan? You think this time Pakistan would respond decisively, leaving India no room to claim victory for their domestic population?

India is unlikely to rely entirely on large fighter formations in a future conflict. It can lean heavily on stand-off weapons instead. The roughly 40 Su-30MKIs modified to carry BrahMos can provide a substantial long-range strike capability, while Jaguars can employ Storm Shadow and Rafales can employ SCALP.

Once Tejas enters the picture in larger numbers, this becomes even easier because it can integrate a broad range of Indian cruise missiles, glide bombs and laser-guided weapons. Until then, the existing 40 modified Su-30MKI fleet should be sufficient for a significant portion of the stand-off strike role—even with around 50% availability, that would still leave roughly 20 aircraft available.

Upgrading the entire Su-30MKI fleet for BrahMos may not be economically practical, given the nearing retirement of the aircraft and the increasing induction of Tejas. The focus will be on getting the most capability from the platforms already modified while transitioning toward newer platforms.

Tejas mk2 is medium weight category aircraft, it is totally different from tejas original program , delays are expected there ,
However tejas mk1 delivery should have been started , HAL is main problem , they are having problem with radar in case of tejas mk1

Boss, I am sure you know VPNs; that's the reason my location is Canada. I can assure you I have nothing to do with India. If anything, I find Indians very uncultural and annoying people in real life.
