How come Egyptians are so brave to defend Saudi Arabia but not Gaza on their border?

Fear? Greed?

Of the US obviously.

Most Arab regimes are also unpopular domestically and the US provides them with the support they need to wither domestic dissent.

To Egypt of Arabism, led by His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi
@AlsisiOfficial, we extend our profound appreciation for its steadfast stance alongside the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; a stance that embodies Arab solidarity in safeguarding our national security, preserving the sovereignty of our states and our shared interests, and confronting the threats targeting our peoples and their stability. This solidarity holds utmost importance for Arab security, given the pioneering role that Egypt and the Kingdom play, regionally and internationally, in consolidating regional stability and protecting its interests. And to Yemen, its leadership, government, and people, we express our pride in their brotherly positions and what they represent in support of its national battle to end the Houthi terrorist militia's coup and restore state institutions, thereby fulfilling the aspirations of Yemenis for stability and development.
