Why not involve some junior gfx/ model dev(s), as it seems it can grow into a full featured game..?

You could then use your spare time for introducing more campaign types, modes and so forth.. For instance, there could be quick and dirty short modes, campaign/ story modes and so on..

I have no team and budget. I teach at reputable institute so I know all the aspects of game and improving significantly. if I do get funding ill hire some students I taught who are doing great in game jams like CEGA by federal government.
