I am happy that Apple is getting into VR - I am a big fan of VR Flight Sims(!) and Car racing, so this will help grow the ecosystem, but - damn - that price is for people with rich person problems!

Kirk and Picard are my captains of choice. Picard for his wonderfully eloquent British accent and mannerisms, Kirk for his charisma, being a trekkie from my early teens, I have very fond memories of watching reruns of the original Star Trek, I must have watched the wrath of Khan 20 times :ROFLMAO:.

In my defence those days we only had a few TV stations and VHS tapes were for life, not just for Christmas :ROFLMAO:

I really like Kirk and Picard, but I have a special place in my heart for Captain Janeway

Hmm, I am not sure what to make of this statement, but I suppose she did have her own unique personality. Shame the romance they introduced between her and Chakotay kind of ruined the show for me. I know they tried to instill some semblance of humanity among the crew as they experimented with showing the burning passions between Riker and Troi, which for me was the best Star Trek love story.

For me Alex Kurtzman was the worst thing to happen to Star Trek.

Well I guess make of it what you will ..

there was never an actual romance between Janeway and Chakotay. I mean they hinted at it here and there, but nothing concrete.

But as you know, there was an actual romance between seven of nine and Chakotay during the last few episodes of Voyager.

What I liked about Voyager above all the other shows was the fact that as advanced as they were, they were alone on the other side of the Galaxy
