Looks pretty decent except for the playgrounds which look way too artificial and out of place

From what I know the history of Malik Riaz, PPP and the brutality with which the land was stolen, the whole project should be demolished and the land returned to the people it was stolen from.
Even the British government fined Malik Riaz but the terminally corrupt Pakistani government (yes, the Naya Pakistan Imran Khan's corrupt government) returned the money to him.

They should be reimbursed but demolishing such a project would be a huge waste

But where will the reimbursement money come from? Pakistani taxpayers.

By rights, we should confiscate the assets of Malik Riaz, Zardari, and all the PPP honchos who were complicit.
We should punish the bribed government officials who rubber stamped land deeds knowing they were forcibly obtained.

In reality, all these crooks have moved their assets, and often themselves, to foreign countries. That is why the British government acted against Malik Riaz to being some accountability, but the Pakistani government is what it is...

A person like Malik Riaz who owns federal ministers is not likely to be held accountable even by federal judges.

Why can't the courts order Malik Riaz to reimburse affected individuals?

Bahria Town Projects are the only thing which looks modern all other stuff is Third world country
The crack down on Malik Riaz Sahib is unjustified because he purchased the Land at fixed rate from Government

You can't increase the price of a Land which was already sold , after the completion of sale , like after 10-15 years

If Mr Malik Raiz Took Pakistan to International Court of Justice like Australian Company in Riqo Diq case I am sure a similar case will be awarded in favor of Mr Malik Raiaz

Most of the grumpy folks are the people who were connected to Construction segment and no one is buying land from their Development

This is very common in our subcontinent, where people go back and complain, and ask the higher prices for the land. They sold 15 year back before the development started. They should have been smart enough to invest the money and bought more land in the surrounding area when prices are still low.

Does anyone trust the courts in Pakistan? I think Pakistan came out 129/140 on judicial rankings.
I would never buy property in Pakistan because I don't trust the legal system there.

P.S. As I mentioned above, the British government DID investigate him and the British courts DID fine him (a drop in the bucket but at least a start), but the Pakistani courts (which he owns) promptly gave him the money back. LOL, what a joke!

It has been well documented how the land was bought, how the water was diverted, all sorts of dirty deeds.
Poor farmers and villagers were the victims of Malik Riaz, who owns the richest of the rich in Pakistan, and the PPP accomplices.

Never in my life I have seen a scenario , after someone buys Land , after 5-10 years , Government comes and claims the transaction was wrong

Wtf is NOC ? No government in West have this concept it's nothing but a blackmail

Malik Raiz and his Middle Eastern Investors should take Pakistan to International Court of Justice like the Australian company and put a fine of 5-10 Billion

This should fix up the issue really fast
