I've heard of indian colleagues complaining of the work culture when the entire management team and staff become/are indians, they start manipulations, blackmail, forcing unpaid overtime, and even bring in the caste system and its nuances. On top of the fake documents and fake qualifications.....
these days in Canada, even some of my indian friends/colleagues raised the points, how do these TFWs and Students gained admission when their English is so poor in all aspects, while that IELTS report gives them a 7 or an 8 out of 9.
Seem the IELTS system in some countries is working on bribe money to help the applicants get Visa approvals

everyone in America knows what goes around with Indian IT workers in USA, who are making six figures by doing contract work, but its all based on lies/fake etc And now many America recruiters are taking extra measures to filter them out.

It is literally like this. And in the background these Indians work on favors and kickbacks. So the Indian hiring manager who hires another Indian has done a favor and will now receive part of the salary as kickback.
