Perhaps not hardcore pro-CCP, but he was no sympathizer of HK protesters.

He embraced his Chinese self but was pro HK and NOT a fan of the CCP and their ways when it came to HK.

Its a Wumao joke. At us (me) being concerned about the wellbeing of the original. So the US emergency response 911.

A team of 20 must have spent half a day coming up with that, before getting it cleared by the supervisor, and him the area high command.
