Industrial Realism: India, China, and the Limits of Supply-Chain Decoupling​

India’s experience since 2020 suggests that supply-chain resilience cannot be achieved through restriction alone. The post-Galwan framework succeeded in constraining Chinese participation but did little to reduce dependence on Chinese technology, machinery and upstream industrial inputs.
