I've tried looking into the context, and it looks like this statement was made during a festival yesterday on the 24th of December, dedicated to the god Hanuman (more evidence of how Hindu society ties Muslim hatred to their religion - even on their holy festivals, they will talk about them).
Apparently he also made about the Karnataka student protestors from a while back being linked to Al Qaeda, and also tried to convince Hindus to increase their birth rates otherwise they'll hear chants of "Pakistan Zindabad". So essentially, his speech was all about Muslims.
