Dear Mods,
please be very careful while assigning mod responsibilities in particular mods from other countries. there is always a backfire coming, so please do it carefully.

even mods must also bring down to accountability when needed and i am again talking about mods from other countries.

there is another suggestion: i would request mods to keep strict action against trolls from abroad who have taken unnecessary advantage against prevailing situation in Pakistan in the other forum.

and for people of Pakistan on the forum:
i request several times in the other forum and would request again, not to fall for, get involved or reply/quote to these trolls when it comes to "Pakistan" and the situation going in the country.

thank you.

Please don't appoint too many mods from India (Joe is an exception, he's reasonable). It's a Pakistani forum, there's going to be lots of anti-Hindutva threads/posts. Wouldn't want to see the threads disappearing, along with the posters.

Would love to. Not for the sake of the authority itself, but in order to ensure a stricter control on military related discussions.
Over a period of more than two decade, i have seen thousands of excellent military threads which have gone to waste because some member deviated and brought in another agenda...

If such a thing were possible, it would be nice to see him as Advisor, with authority over all threads, to correct and guide strictly military discussions. He will surely know how to call in consultative help from colleagues or batch-mates for naval or air force matters that he believes he might need assistance on. He was such an invaluable support during such discussions, for those of us keen to get our Ps and Qs right.

Absolutely loved your and @Joe Shearer posts on pdf on what could have Indian army done better during our wars. PS: always loved yours more due to me being Pakistani and because of the nuances and the crazy memorization skills you brought in literally writing down the order of battle for Indian armed forces from corps all the way down to regiments.

following up from my previous post, Pakistanis should be very proud to have such talent in our armed forces, you probably knew the Indian order of battle more than some Indians themselves. That being said not belittling our neighbour as I am sure they have prodigies as well. But logically or biased, I always support my countrymen.

Dear sir, it will be a loss if we don’t empower the chap as he deserves, I am happy to see your a mod, you got yours now is the time to reward our chap

It will not be a reward, but a punishment. Imagine having to go through our drivel and making sense of it, and being polite and tactful in spite of what he feels internally!

Disagree, vehemently, those outliners you mentioned will not matter as long as we have competent people as you guys. Secondly what you mentioned, isn’t that life? When we work in our professional lives we encounter the same things, we don’t always agree, so should we just lay down arms and surrender? Or should we better the precedents? As one of my favourite quote says, “in a world of followers dare to be the leader” in this context let’s translate but as be the catalyst of change.

I was being sardonic, thinking about the poor man's state of health, after reading our amateur stuff. On a serious note, you are right, of course.
