I was checking the recent video of this vlogger, in the sidebar this video appeared.
Its too painful, the video is of about a poet & a journalist Mudasir Naaru. I never had heard about him. The video is of 2021 in which his mother is saying that she is waiting for his son for 2.5 years. So today its almost 6 years and the guy is still missing. His son was 6 months old when he went missing and now the son must be 6 year old. His childhood is spent in search of his father coming to courts. Naaru's wife did a lot of struggle for his release or whereabouts, she was a teacher and was able to put food on the table. But tragically she is no more. Apparently she had a heart attack in 2021 and passed away. Now the kid has only her grand mother. Both kid and grand mother still comes to court in search of Naaru. Its a heart wrenching story. Initial search suggests that Naaru was very anti of non-democratic forces, he was critic of powerful establishment. He was of the view of strong democratic governments. I wonder how many other tragic and painful stories of other journalists maybe there too.
Another blog by someone else:
The above videos are 3 year old, now I think people have forgotten him and now his wife is no more too. Its really tragic for that child that his mother left the world in pain and when he is just a child and his father may or may not be alive.
His mother & Child waiting for justice.

There are many such stories of horror. The missing person cases and especially if you are a poet then you are a target somehow. Before the elections one fan of IK and pro-PTI poet was murdered and he was hiding and had mentioned that his life is in danger. Then recently another poet from Azad Kashmir went missing, abducted by ISI goons. Because of strong intervention of Islamabad high court, agencies made him appear in kashmir but still arrested him in some charges. Everyone must raise their voices for human rights abuses. No one deserves this treatment. All countries of the world must ensure human rights and true democratic principles. Security states with military in-charge have no future.
