Video says it all...That poor beautiful animal in such terrible conditions. The cub's roar was incredible and saddening at the same time.

Of course 'Multan Pets' as they call themselves have quite a history of keeping endangered and dangerous animals. I have no idea if they sell them as well like has been seen with village chief pendu types who walk with tigers and lions in their arms.

Another classic video;

"Koi gal ne", "thapar maro"

what the fuu..

are there no wildlife protection laws there, just how on earth does one go about flaunting it on video even if you have an exotic pet ?!

my 'cousin nanaji' was an IFS (Indian forest service) officer, he'd hand reared some orphan rescue cubs back in the day, not sure what happened to them.. hopefully got released in the wild or a sanctuary rather than ending up in a zoo.

some years ago a (suspected) pet Leopard made it's way to a farm house area in Delhi and into a very congested area right next to it where it was stoned/lynched, the poor thing.

and another one was spotted just a month ago.. could be a wild cat too.. its crazy how much they're expanding into the Aravalis with no regard for the environment even though there are apparently laws in place.

Any captive bred tigers should be allowed to go extinct. Especially the white Tigers. They shouldn't even exist, it's a symbol of Human cruelty to animals.

I've seen them put in small reserves and then slowly released to the wider area.

Captive tigers cannot hunt properly. They hunt by stalking and learn that trick from their mothers.
Releasing captive tigers into wild is a bad idea, because without their natural technique they'll hunt the easiest prey, humans. Probably keep them in sanctuary or zoo.

I've seen them trained my friend in a few documentaries with a successful release. Do you know that captive tigers far outnumber the wild population. Literally in captivity there are lots of them.

Tigers are endangered but their true count is unknown... India, China, Siberia (the biggest of the lot), Sumarta (Indonesia), Lungi sundarban Tiger

The Bengal tiger, both India and BD

that thing is a literal monster, takes to the waters like a NAVY SEAL, knows it's AoA proper.. will ambush jump and take the unsuspecting fisherman on his wittle boat down easy

stalk you like a serial killer, which is what it is

The world is full of fools and idiots, and he's only one of them. The problem is they just never learn.

This beautiful animal needs to be in wild not caged. Poor, poor tiger… I have no words for the owner Runts for doing this.

There are wildlife protection laws. But the kind of people who own a tiger in Pakistan trample over said laws though might and money/influence.
