From the grapevine, the Russians are trying to create a "Eastern block" of nations to rival NATO and are reaching out to multiple countries to see where they stand. Russia is currently looking for nations to supply basic weapons to support the war effort

I hope not…a country the size of Pakistan should be able to produce its own weapons like(assault rifles, sniper rifles, submachine guns, etc)
…that’s where the focus should be…indigenous solutions for at least the basic stuff.
