Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that former US President Donald Trump would not help improve bilateral ties between Moscow and Washington even if he became US president this year. Speaking with CBS, Lavrov said that 'Russia-US ties have deteriorated beyond the point of repair.'
