Yes mass number of tanks needed
Already happening although at slow pace
Germany military spendings this year are $75 billion. That’s record high but still too little to deter the russians. Should be at least $100 billion.
Germany under Hitler needed 6 years to be full armed.
The NATO believes Putin would attack the alliance in 2 years from now after he finishes Ukraine.
So the Germans need to hurry.
