Considering the Kiev regime failed to beat the rebels in the 2014 / 2015 war before the Minsk ceasefire agreement was signed, fat chance the Kiev regime can beat the rebels who are now backed by neighboring Russia which is backed by neighboring China, which are the two biggest countries in the Europe / Asia / Africa old world.
