What if an Egyptian-Israeli combat scenario in mid-2025 is hypothetical?

Egypt has to coordinate any future offensive on Israel with Iran.

To defuse Israeli airforce a coordinated attack is required.

If Chinese government wants to have a military base near Suez, Egyptians should ask them for ToT of tactical ballistic missile production line with different ranges along with its critical subsystems from laser based systems to access to military grade of Beidou navigation. Then open a production of long range cruise missiles from land attack to anti ship variants. Just like Pakistani list of military technologies acquired from China.
There is already military cooperation with Iran in various fields, even economically. Egypt buys Iranian gas and oil, and cooperates in producing drones at a lower cost, perhaps in the field of ballistic missiles and nuclear weapons, even political coordination against Israel. However, Iran will not emerge from this war unscathed or unbroken, but at a heavy price for all those who ally against it. The war will end, but in several months, and the price will be American forces in the Gulf, Gulf military and economic bases, and also some casualties for Israel. It is beneficial for all parties to engage in conflicts that allow Egypt time to increase its capabilities, cover shortcomings, and mitigate Israeli military and economic capabilities. For example, Iran's attack on Mossad offices, Aman, the oil refinery, ports, chemical factories, and power stations all require long periods of repair and recovery, regardless of the money the Gulf and Jewish families will compensate them with. However, it sends a clear message that there is no security for the Jewish presence in Palestine. Egypt also benefits from the lessons of the war. In the first hour, heavy strikes must be launched against airports, command and control centers, air defense networks, ports, and bases. Nuclear weapons were simply designed to neutralize their capabilities and make the Egyptian army's ability to quickly enter and end the situation so that any American or European support would be unable to change the situation on the ground. They accepted the reality of the situation. They flew to Lamawni and the military bases to neutralize them without any escalation from Israel as a first priority, based on the lessons learned from the current and previous conflicts. Let us clarify that we know the plans well. Egypt was able to secure the necessary oil and gas before the war between Israel and Iran because it knew what would happen. Even the arms deals, about which information has spread, were planned for years. The military infrastructure that was doubled was because we know the plans well. Everyone does not read, and those who read do not understand. We have known well for years what is happening and what is planned to strike Iran, and before that Syria. Therefore, Egypt, as a country, has been militarily prepared since 2014 for the inevitable next clash. It is a religious conflict and a conflict of interests. America is collapsing economically and wants to strike China and Israel in its dream of a planned Greater Israel. There are counter-plans, even if the appearance of things is the opposite. Therefore, even the Egyptian policies that were adopted years ago It was because we knew about the plot and refused to engage in a strike on Yemen or even a coalition against Iran. On the contrary, attempts were made to reach agreements with Iran and Turkey to coordinate against the American and Israeli plans. Although Egypt cannot guarantee the treachery of either of these two countries, which have expansionist plans, building a common ground of interests is what made Egypt cooperate with them. Therefore, Egypt spent hundreds of billions on economic and military infrastructure to enable us to confront the plans being implemented.

Early equipment relies on stand-alone mode, which can be transformed and integrated, but after the maturity of the fifth-generation aircraft system, it basically relies on the whole ecosystem, especially this system is compatible with the fourth-generation aircraft J10C. Unless Egypt deploys new systems, from radar to satellite, you can't integrate Europe and the United States into China's system at all. They are not compatible at all.
So I'm curious what you mean by integration. I don't understand.
Now we see things from another perspective. The Egyptian-Chinese negotiations to acquire Chinese platforms have been ongoing since the end of 2021. Egypt has not built new aircraft factories, which began with only the first training aircraft to qualify cadres and complete the construction of production equipment. The negotiations with China do not only include the purchase of fighters such as the J-10C or a limited number of J-20 aircraft, but rather negotiations that continued for more than two years to manufacture the fighters in Egypt at higher manufacturing rates and also for the benefit of a number of countries. Egypt has worked to overcome the problem of marketing military industrial production by obtaining contracts to build air weapons for a number of countries. Egypt supplies aircraft to them, whether from local production or even from other sources. Egypt directed Somalia and negotiated with Italy and Turkey to supply them with helicopters as part of a broad program to rebuild the Somali Air Force. For example, what applies to Somalia applies to Eritrea, Uganda, Tanzania and countries in the African Sahel. Egypt solved the problems of financing military deals by obtaining minerals from these countries, gold and diamonds. There are indications of this, such as the story of the aircraft. Zambia. So, contracts with China are bigger than just the story of acquiring aircraft from China. Before the Sino-American trade war, they were linked to Chinese industrial investments being tied to the signing of military deals, and Egypt used competing offers to secure the best negotiating terms. The Egyptian side's failure to announce the deal was good for reasons related to quietly passing the plans without provoking the West and Israel. Everyone knows that Egypt signed the deal, but why? The ambiguity of the matter is very important. Denial of the deals by some parties is also useful. What matters is the reality of the situation.
Look at Iran, which was boasting about an underground ballistic missile depot. Through the recruitment of Iranian military personnel, these depots were destroyed after analyzing videos and photos to determine the locations and true capabilities of Iran. Therefore, not announcing arms deals is also beneficial for Egypt. It has enabled Egypt to secure, for example, a program to extend the life of F-16 fighters, and the engines have 4,000 additional flight hours for older aircraft. This is also a good thing.

As observers, we have noticed some leaks from non-Egyptian parties that reveal other matters, some of which are an indirect deterrent message, and some are uncontrolled. It reveals, after analyzing matters, other dimensions of the deals that are taking place or were taken without announcement.

Turkey's air force is gradually shrinking for many reasons. Turkish drone propaganda relies on a single F-16. The reality is clear: any reasonable air defense system can easily defeat them, as we saw when Algeria shot down the AKCNCI and the TB2 was easily destroyed. Therefore, the Turks always try to strike from outside the air defenses to easily destroy their aircraft. The Turks do not possess squadrons of Kızılelma aircraft because they have not entered service. The Turks do not possess engines for their projects. Has the HURJET training aircraft entered service? They have not obtained the engines.

Egypt and Israel struck Koral electronic warfare systems. The Syrian airfields they struck and the Matar al-Watiya destroyed Turkish air defense systems. Naturally, Turkey had no air defense systems other than the Hawk. They are introducing local systems, and they have been evaluated in Egypt compared to the IRIS-T SLM, which is much less efficient. Egypt is considering cooperating with the Turks to produce a system parallel to the German systems through joint development, which requires time because Turkey's technical capabilities are not sufficient to reach the required capabilities.

The Turks They possess four early warning aircraft, which aren't bad, but they are also limited and don't provide 24-hour coverage of Turkish airspace.

Simply put, one of the reasons for the Iranians' defeat is their modestly capable and limited-numbered domestic air defense systems. The Turks, too, lack extensive air defense systems, unlike countries like Egypt, which possesses massive batteries. Large numbers of BUK-M2 systems and even the S-350 are available in large numbers. Egypt isn't waiting for Western approval or late deliveries of its deals, and this supports Egypt's extensive and diverse air defense systems. The Egyptians don't announce anything, but Western and Israeli sources reveal the extent of the Egyptian air defense systems' vastness and density, many times what countries like Iran possess. The Turks have years to come before they can acquire extensive air defense systems, and they are just beginning their journey. Turkish propaganda is a disaster for Turkey itself, because the Turkish tactical defeats it suffers when it enters into any engagement greatly impact the Turks themselves. Attacks on Syrian airports, which house Turkish G-defense systems, and the attack on the Wattayah airbase. Libya forced the Turks to submit to Egypt and Israel, thus breaking the Turkish will because they adopted a policy of exaggerating Turkish capabilities. Let's give a few simple examples: Egypt does not announce its full or actual capabilities in the field of armaments. Therefore, there is a situation where the Arabs, one of the strongest regional powers, are against Egypt. For example, the vagueness of the fighter jet deals makes some believe that Egypt has succumbed to pressure. Does Egypt trust America, which is an enemy? Of course not. Therefore, Egypt's deals with the Russians are not significant. It is enough that the Russians announced that 40% of their trade with Egypt is outside the dollar, which is a pressure factor in disclosing the deals because the Americans cannot know the financial transfers. The same applies to the Chinese fighter jet deal, which was concluded using Chinese digital currencies.

Some do not know that Egypt uses digital currencies in commercial transactions. Rather, the Central Bank of Egypt trades in them, which makes the structure of trade and the size of the economy different, unlike the private sector, which deals in digital currencies to transfer dirty money from economic corruption in Egypt via digital currencies, the value of which is no less than 3 trillion Egyptian pounds.

Egypt benefited greatly from the 1973 war because most of you are young. In age, I don't know much about it. Egyptian pilots were flying four sorties per day with small, light MIG-21/17 aircraft, due to their short endurance and small payloads compared to the Israeli F-4E and MIRAGE-3 fighters, each of which carried a payload three to six times that of an Egyptian fighter. The Israelis averaged two sorties per day, and the average number of Egyptian fighters was approximately 650 compared to 600 Egyptian fighters.

The Israelis always fought with a combat advantage. They possessed AIM-7s, which were fired at Egyptian fighters when they entered a range of 25-30 kilometers, before even the Egyptian fighters could detect them with their small radars. These advantages were overcome with tactics.

The Egyptians always optimized their combat capabilities.

If we return to the study, I laid the foundation for it based on Israeli air superiority, and I didn't undermine Egyptian capabilities.

The Arabs and Iranians always use ballistic missile systems, such as the Paseolab. False

As Egyptians, we know that ballistic missiles should be used extensively against Israeli airports, ports, weapons depots, and command and control centers. Iran only used them as a tool of populist revenge. It's true that they destroyed an oil refinery and a power plant, but if the Iranians had extensively struck 13 Israeli air bases with ballistic missiles, rendering them inoperable, things would have been different. This is what the Egyptians advised the Iraqis in their war against Iran: stop hitting cities with Scud missiles and focus on military installations.

Therefore, in the event of any clash with Israel, the Egyptians would extensively use WS-2Ds and ballistic missiles to silence Israeli airports, air defense systems, weapons depots, and nuclear weapons stores in the first hour of combat.

The WS-2D launchers, which are widely deployed, and the Saqr 120/350 missile systems are primarily intended to silence sources of threat. Egypt implemented the same order in striking obstruction and disruption centers. In Umm Marjam, the Israeli Hawk air defense batteries were completely silenced at the beginning of the October War, which hindered the Israelis’ eavesdropping and obstructed Egyptian communications operations. We are speaking from a historical and practical perspective. Even what was included in the study, we intended what was announced and specified, but the Egyptians possess other things and modernization of weapons in a different way, such as hybrid batteries, including the BUK-M3/Anty-4000. The same applies to all air defense systems: hybrid batteries, including rebuilding Western hybrid batteries, and local ones. The Egyptians are better at linking the eastern, western, and local air defense systems into one system, which is the largest investment in air defense. The complete linkage to benefit from every organic component in the Egyptian system, eastern and western, avoids defects and maximizes strengths, for example. What applies to air defense applies to other systems.

lol

Sorry but i have to flush this airdefence story of yours in the toilet, Egypt airdefence system is not better then Indian. And Indians did get destroyed by Pakistan. The one reason why your whole army will face the same destiny is ther is no single centric warfare, airdefence systems Russian and most of the fighter Western.

Put the Egyptian army side even ther dumb blogger like you do not understand how it works. Range off the missile, range off the fighter and BVR for Egypt:D.

We can see your knowledge about equipments, comparing Algeria shotdown a Akinci:ROFLMAO:. You people deserve to be destriyed by Israel if you still think like that.

One of the lessons learned from the Iran-Israel war, for me, is the importance of strengthening all components of the system, such as air defense, fighter jets, command and control systems, equipment exchange, and sites, as well as the efficiency of systems in real and cyber warfare. It also emphasizes the inevitability of expanding Egypt's weapons deployment base inside and outside Egypt, to limit the impact of any infiltration operation.

Another point is that before any Egyptian-Israeli war, Egypt must close its burning files, such as eliminating the regime in western Libya, eliminating the Rapid Support Forces militias in Sudan, and destroying the Renaissance Dam, the Fenash Dam, the Tana Dam, and the Tekeze Dam in Ethiopia. This is to secure water resources and prevent the collapse of the Renaissance Dam, whose construction was sabotaged by infiltration, in order to implement structures that collapse under water pressure. However, in a tense situation, swift strikes must be carried out. Therefore, Egyptian military bases, whether air, land, or sea, are very important for the military deployment phase, and any surprise military strike would have a limited impact.

Exploiting Iran's weaknesses by covering up shortcomings, such as Maximizing the capabilities of the air force, air defense, and even the ballistic missile factory, to focus on maximizing their destructive capabilities and their chances of success against enemy air defenses, and the ability to paralyze Israel's infrastructure from the first day of war.

Lessons learned from Iran's trembling hands, as well as its acceptance of the unacceptable act of striking Iranian nuclear facilities without destroying Israeli facilities, also include not responding to the elimination of Iranian leaders with the elimination of Israeli leadership. Iran is facing a war of destruction against the Iranian state, so it must work to make its response 100 times stronger by completely destroying Israel's capabilities and eliminating its entire leadership. The Jews are cowards, and their audacity against Iran, Hezbollah, and others stems from trembling hands and weak responses.

The Phantom is a symbol of Turkish air supremacy in 2025.

It is clear that the truth hurts you, Turki, but this does not negate the fact that you and your families were struck in the Syrian airports, and of course you were silenced as usual. You were struck at Al-Watiya Airport in Libya. You are in keeping with your inheritance, your defeats, and the humiliation you are subjected to. The instigator is your natural place. It is clear that you were born and live in it. As for stupidity, God has chosen you for it because you are insignificant and do not understand anything and do not have anything to respond with. But if she is talking about command and control systems, even though you are a country occupied by NATO and you say subordinate, I do not know, servants, but what she is saying about communications and connection systems does not represent anything, whether with a local component or a local design, then in the end your capabilities with your industrial and technological proficiency are limited, and the result is clear. An air force that does not possess a single aircraft with an AESA radar. You depend on the Phantom until this moment. You have failed to obtain fighters, and time has run out and you have run out. Neither Europe will give you anything, nor Russia, nor even China. The dreams of national engines are a big illusion. Because they don't exist, and you have many years before half of your remaining air force collapses, you won't be able to continue operating the Phantoms for many more years.

You are like Iran, even if you have network and data transmission systems without the power and claws. The story of its superiority is questionable. Your weapons, in general, have not stood up to countries like Egypt and Israel. Even the Turkish-made air defense systems, despite their limited capabilities, are well-positioned. Countries don't arm themselves with propaganda, otherwise you will end up like Iran. I don't care about my pride in your products, but rather that they are easily destroyed, your humiliation is meted out to you, and the latter's will is imposed on you. Stupidity has become the exclusive domain of you and your ilk, who are destroying your country with claims of power and strength. You are too insignificant to be taken seriously or valued. I remember there was a little Turkish boy who worked as a promoter of Turkish weapons. He disappeared several months ago because everything he said turned into delusions and lies. Are you the alternative liar or a stupid copycat? The difference between us and you is that we employ global production. Weapon systems and we reach what secures our interests, while your propaganda backfires and is a lie that no one will be fooled by in the future. Your flimsy defenses of your weakness, failure, and stupidity will protect your country from being struck by Israel or Greece, or will you tell them that we have an excellent, hacked networking system and future projects that will destroy you, even if they never enter service? Forget this nonsense, and I congratulate you on your monopoly on stupidity, which has become distinctly contagious among you. You are a stupid and failed leadership. The Americans and Europeans treated you as if you were naive, foolish, and idiots. They prevented you from manufacturing the Chinese FD-2000 air defense systems, then subdued you with your failed plans to obtain more S-400 systems. Your adrenaline of stupidity will rise, and you tell us that we have a local project to produce a better missile. I tell you, the result will be like the Iranian domestic air defense systems, but their level will be mediocre, even if you obtain European technology. Some are true. The fools in Africa buy from you, but the result is as it happened. I will never allow you to monopolize stupidity and describe us with it, because your fate will not be better than Iran. The West was able to make you fools, and you lost the arms race and turned Greece into a country that dominates the Aegean Sea by air. Who is the fool now? Arming countries is not based on the dreams of naive people like you, but rather on real armament capabilities. They have actually managed to make you a laughingstock among nations. Congratulations on your failed armament projects that do not come on time, but rather are delayed. Let me give you clear examples, such as the Tay tank, which was delayed by 11 years from its production date, then its weak production due to the lack of an engine other than the Korean one. Even the delivery of the early warning aircraft was delayed by 12 years. This simply shows that your future is bad and that the military imbalance continues in favor of countries like Greece and Israel, which will affect their political and military ambitions. Your military weakness has made you unable to impose any of your will, and your dreams of expansionism have failed alongside You left the Mediterranean with only a frigate damaged by the Greeks, without any gains. Your role was only to receive blows from any party you tried to provoke. I am really and very happy with your situation, whether military, political or armament.

You should stop writing about defence equipments, or go to the Persian section. It is like reading from the Persians when you write about weapons:D. We can see how ther millitair doctrine turned out and i will repeat it. The Egyptian doctrine will end up like them:ROFLMAO:.

What if Israel attacks first
Good point. Israel attacked Egypt in 1956 and 1967 and the scenario was again plausible after the overthrow of Hosni Mubarak and election of Muslim Brotherhood President Morsi. But Mr Morsi was then overthrown in less than 18 months in another coup and same Egyptian army came back to power. If this Egyptian army loses power and is replace with a sovereign govt, an Israeli blitzkrieg is an eventual certainty. Israeli doctrine of domination does not tolerate any regional country with actual strength.

What if Israel attacks first

I don't think Israel will attack. Sisi is doing his job keeping his foot on Egyptians and anybody else in Egypt who opposed Israel.

Why would Israel destabilize a solution that is working?

If Pakistan actually nuke shared with allied countries and they could form a Muslim NATO things would be a lot more secure for all of them.
Not an easy task. See NATO : all the nukes are under a double key system. And it is unclear if the GB deterence is not also under the double key...
Double key is not a full insurance because there remains a doubt about the other guy with the 2nd key.

I don't think Israel will attack. Sisi is doing his job keeping his foot on Egyptians and anybody else in Egypt who opposed Israel.

Why would Israel destabilize a solution that is working?
Israel has enough foes to deal with not to go in war with Egypt.

Israel hasn't been fighting alone for the past two years.

They are supplied by USA since Egypt, Syria etc... were supplied by USSR. Sole change : Egypt decided to move away from USSR...

Today Iran is (slightly) supported by Russia and China.

It is the game.

Never forget that the jude community in the world is so small than 14 millions, and that after WW2 and the Shoah the west world feeled guilty and assume to give them support. But at the end It is the israeli blood that is poured.

In general, the responses will not be for any political or practical purposes, as some young and stubborn people are doing as a result of their psychological illnesses, but rather will be related to matters such as serious discussions, especially since the development of the Israeli-Iranian war opens new fields and other matters, and also the results of the clashes between India and Pakistan greatly affected the French restrictions on the transfer of technology and their flexibility in integrating other munitions.

When we analyze any Egyptian contract in the military field later, we discover that there is something different from the traditional contract. When Egypt requested the production of the LUNA-NG reconnaissance aircraft, despite the fact that Egypt manufactures similar copies locally, whether the local design of aircraft such as the CH-91 or licensed products such as the H12 or SAHA, we later discover that there is something else.

ODlkMDFmYCUNCTt3aRZtME5Rby0vT2NmGUl3Zmlbf3wUWHl2aQsmKAkZKDQpQyg2GRssMzZDPyhDCj0taRt-awgCPjQqD...webpVisualization of the K9 Thunder self-propelled howitzer as coastal artillery

We give other examples such as the K-9 cannon, which Egypt was the first customer to employ in coastal defense missions, in addition to the Egyptian SM-130 artillery in its various types, self-propelled or towed in fixed positions.

GtmhvgEa0AIa214.jpg

During the October 1973 War, Egypt employed rocket artillery and ballistic missiles, which were limited in number, for tactical and strategic missions, such as silencing obstruction and disruption centers at the Umm Marjam and Khashab bases in Sinai, as well as silencing 10 Hawk missile batteries. These, along with some airstrikes, cleared Sinai of Israeli air defense batteries during the war, facilitating the execution of any strikes against Israeli forces.

We have always criticized Iraq during its war with Iran when the missile war was directed at cities rather than military installations. Also at the beginning of the Iran-Israel war, we found that the Iranians did not focus their missile launches on Israeli air bases, weapons depots, and command and control centers, rather than civilian targets, in order to expedite the withdrawal of the Israeli Air Force from operations by inflicting heavy losses.

As a result of utilizing missiles in the October War, Egypt pursued several directions, including:
1750378485619.png
Expanding its rocket artillery with various calibers, from 70 to 650 mm, the number of which reached 1,760 launch platforms, and Egypt ranks fourth in the world in this weapon.

From Scud missile launch tests, we found that the 985-kilogram warhead did not have a high destructive effect. Consequently, the focus shifted to developing the warhead's destructive power, rather than manufacturing missiles with larger warheads. This trend has shifted toward the two main types. For example, the Chinese DF-12/M20 missile, the Egyptian-manufactured versions use larger warheads than the conventional warhead, weighing 485 kilograms. This has been doubled, giving the local versions different ranges (100, 200, or 300) depending on the warhead's destructive power.
1750378165175.png
The development of locally produced missiles has also progressed, whether by integrating Indian engines into local missiles or producing better versions of conventional versions, such as the M9/DF-15 missiles, all of which were produced after entering service in 1992, according to various reports.
1750378706684.png

One Israeli report published in the past three years featured a photo of a launch platform. DF-16
We believe the Egyptians are also producing versions of the DF-21 missile, although there is no information or reports about this, to replace older missiles such as the Nodong 3, which also entered service in the 1990s after Egypt acquired 25 complete missiles and 50 initial engines, which had angered the United States.

We also note that a head of state is currently speaking about the inevitability of expanding the ballistic missile industry as a result of the war between Israel and Iran. These industries require time to yield results.
