In every individual, both an intellectual and spiritual dimension exists, crucial to acknowledge and embrace. This can be achieved through various practices, including:

1. Developing mindful eating habits.
2. Embracing generosity and participating in charitable acts.
3. Allocating time for solitude in a peaceful environment.

By incorporating these practices, one may effectively purify the reflection of their inner self, making way for a clearer connection to a universal supreme being or energy. If you sense glimpses of this light within, it is encouraged to share and spread it.

Children, untouched by the materialism and illusions of the world, possess naturally pure hearts. Reflecting on my own childhood, I used to converse with God, and my desires were instantly fulfilled. As adults, we often receive things we never asked for. When I yearn for something, I assess its true necessity and consider alternative focuses. This introspection redirects my attention to what truly matters.

Abandoning personal desires isn't simple, but mastering this art leads to a more fulfilling existence in this world.

OOOO can't wait for Chapter Two of this sermon. :D

During a late-night walk around 12:30 am, despite feeling extremely sleepy, I drifted into slumber. With my eyes closed, I continued walking until a sudden, compelling sensation urged me to open them. Following this internal prompting, I awoke just in time to avoid stepping into an open manhole, a mere step away.

This experience led me to recognize that beyond our conventional sensory organs like eyes and ears, our bodies possess the ability to receive signals from a divine energy source. Strengthening this capability could potentially enable an individual to navigate hazardous situations, even walking through a minefield unharmed with closed eyes.

The next military research project. What a great idea!

This thread gets better and better with every post. :D

You're that Revol? guy from the old place. If anyone remembers the "essence of the facts" thread there.

Right @One ?

Old PDF had a very eclectic mix of posters and threads.
Always good to have variety.
All in good time...

At one point, I practiced a form of spiritual devotion by repeating Sunny Leone's name as Ziker in my breaths and holding thoughts of her as Fiker in my mind. Surprisingly, the outcome was a sense of decency and positive energy. Whether or not Sunny Leone is a decent person remained unknown to me, but the results defied my initial expectations.

Reflecting on this experience, I've come to the realization that the true source of bias was within me, not in her character. It became clear that rather than passing judgment on others, it is essential to be mindful of one's own flaws and shortcomings. This introspective understanding has led me to reconsider the importance of self-awareness and empathy over unwarranted judgments.

The person responsible for the 'essence of the facts' thread used to integrate external sources into his discussions, elevating and constructing arguments based on those references. In contrast, this specific thread centers on sharing personal experiences, observations, and aesthetics. It encourages participants to delve into the intricate landscape of their inner selves, exploring the semantic aspects they have encountered. The emphasis here lies in personal narratives and subjective exploration rather than relying on external facts and references.

You should look up the Buddhist practice of Vipassana meditation sometime. I seen Iranians and Arabs and Muslims do the course.

Once through the wringer, you just come out the other side a better cleaner whatever the hell you were before. The courses are free the world over, they'll feed and shelter you for the duration.. one may choose to leave a donation later, but its cool if you don't.

no conversion involved.. you walk in a Muslim and walk out as one, just as a Jew, or Christian or Hindu or any other denomination does.

look it up, I find most spiritual practices fascinating, spl the penance (not the right word) bit.

people are all kinds of crazy the world over lol
