Afghanistan's historical relationship with Pakistan has been marred by challenges rather than cooperation. The establishment of the Afghan Taliban's interim government in August 2021 marked a concerning turn of events. Almost immediately, the terrorist organization TTP declared its support, an endorsement openly accepted by the Afghan Taliban.
Despite Pakistan presenting evidence of TTP terrorists on Afghan soil and persistently seeking their extradition, the Afghan Taliban has consistently brushed off terrorism concerns as an internal Pakistani issue.
The Afghan Taliban government is actively supporting the TTP and its affiliated terrorists. This support aims to sow chaos and unrest within Pakistan, in clear violation of the Doha Agreement.
Over time, attacks on security forces, law enforcement officials, and innocent civilians in Pakistan have been traced back to TTP terrorists operating from Afghanistan.
International terrorists like Noor Wali Mehsud, Qari Amjad, Ikram Mehsud, Azmat Lala, Maulvi Faqir, and Hafiz Gul Bahadur, declared threats to global peace, find refuge in Afghanistan. Their participation in ceremonies alongside Afghan leaders adds to the complexity of the situation.
The exploitation of Afghanistan's territory and the backing of terrorists have significantly contributed to the surge in terrorism within Pakistan. Notably, the activities of terrorist Qari Amjad intensified in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa after the Afghan Taliban assumed power, further complicating regional stability.
Designated as the number two of TTP and among the top terrorists of Al-Qaeda in the subcontinent, Qari Amjad has become a focal point of concern for both the US and Pakistan.
Additionally, TTP leader Hafiz Gul Bahadur, operating under the Taliban's shadow in Afghanistan, remains involved in attacks on innocent civilians and Pakistani forces.
The recent extradition demand by the Pakistani government for Hafiz Gul Bahadur underscores the urgency and gravity of the situation. Meanwhile, TTP terrorist Mufti Noor Wali Mehsud, sheltered by the Afghan Taliban, has a dark history, including involvement in the assassination of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto in 2007.

Most issues stand at discretion of local commanders. If lets say a Brigade is responsible for an area, like there is brigade deployed in RYK, the commander says that troops wear khaki T shirts in summers, that formation will wear T shirts.
There are two variables here again, one is if these troops are FC and second is funding for FC. If the FC Wing commander gets funds allocated from FC HQ, which obviously get routed and approved from IG to DIG to WC, then the troops could be seen in camo which suits their AOR.
