Is that its landing gear extended?. If so it means the aircraft attempted a landing. Also worth remembering lowering your landing gear in the middle of combat is a sign of surrender

That mid fuselage airbrake strut screams SU30. Such a giveaway. Alright time to close your eyes neighbors.

@Master Chief

The best case scenario for India now, having played and revealed her full hand of cards, is if the Talibs somehow hold onto power in Kabul.

Isn't this a huge change from August 2021 when the Talibs holding onto power in Kabul was a big loss?

Regards
Yes, quite a change.
In 2021 BJP Chief J.P.Nadda himself of Afghan Hindu origin was lamenting the expulsion and exodus of 280,000 Afghan Hindus ( to the last woman & child ), and destruction of every single Hindu temple by the Taliban . The Taliban confiscated every single piece of property abandoned by the departing Afghan Hindus. The exodus of Afghan Hindus had infact begun much earlier as the signs of the collapse of the Ashraf Ghani regime became evident. Interestingly the Taliban had offered that Hindus could stay in Afghanistan if they paid jizya tax to the Islamic Emirate,
In 2022, J.P.Nadda had held a meeting with the representatives of the displaced Afghan Hindus in Delhi who were demanding that their cases for Indian citizenship be expedited under the Citizenship Amendment Act and waiver of the 5 year residency and post-1971 requirement.
Fast forward to 2025 it was quite interesting to see Nadda don a turban and embrace Afghan Foreign Minister Muttaki who had been present at destruction of the Bamyan Buddha rock carving statues as well as at Kandahar during the IC 814 hijack. Muttaki met a delegation representing the displaced Afghan Hindus but there was no announcement from him on any compensation the Afghan government would pay for the loss of their property.

Perhaps the displaced Afghan Hindus will be going home and Indian Airlines air hostesses will don their burqas when disembarking from their aircraft at th3 terminal at Kabul International Airport.
What is not known is how Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reacted at the "Biryani Bill" the UP State Public Relations Bureau presented to him following Afghan Foreign Minister Muttaki's visit to Deoband.

What our dear Indian guests refuse to acknowledge is that Delhi could have been entirely pragmatic following the events of October/November on Pakistan's western border.

Delhi could have chosen a path of mitigation of harm by quietly maintaining its historical positioning in Afg, REGARDLESS of Pakistani designs.

Evidently, they must have known that our patience with Kabul would have run out sooner or later. What still surprises most analysts is that instead of playing the game quietly (either a quietly sustained pro-Massoudist posture or even plausibly a clandestine enhancement of anti-Pak activities by sectetly aiding talibs....or both!), they went full guns blazing in a public (and self harming) show of "sapport" of talibs.

This misstep was due to post-Sindoor pressure on Delhi - there is simply no other logical explanation.

Mitigating damage is no longer an option politically for Delhi, so it would seem. On the contrary, Pakistan can continue to use the May fallout to its advantage by predicting Delhi's behaviour quite reliably now. Unless and until Delhi redresses the post-Sindoor outcome disparity, this paradigm will likely persist.

How do we tell the difference between both Su-30MKi and Mig-29 based on photos? They look similarly alike in photos. Unable to discern the size from here.
