That’s possible. In the long run something new might happen. Let’s see how it plays out. But my main point was to not discount an adversary over one or few small events over a short time.

Afghanistan is dependent on Pakistan, it gets most of its taxes from traf via the Pakistan border, Afghanistan is dependent on Pakistani ports,
Afghanistan has millions of citizens in Pakistan that were allowed to work and stay

Afghanistan needs Pakistan to remain friendly and cooperative

Considering the above, it was ENTIRELY REASONABLE for GHQ to assume that the Afghans would be so dependent that it would be impossible for them to cross Pakistan, because the fall out would be so painful for Afghanistan


Even though the Afghans are donkeys and mindless Afghan terrorism a pain, but no nation fell apart because of a few hundred deaths mostly in the middle of nowhere

We are a nation of 250 million, more people will die from falling off ladders or balloons or something then terrorism.

Whilst the Taliban are a pain, they can be dealt with via the methods being currently used and border closure and port denial is more painful then any airstrikes for Afghanistan and Afghanistan can only hold out for so long

Compared to the major STRATEGIC THREAT the U.S, NATO and India former, the Taliban are nothing



And I would say again the scale of victory achieved in Afghanistan over multiple enemies by the ISI and GHQ was incredible regardless of Taliban behaviour now

This “mature nations” bs is pure copium on your part. Your state & its populous have built its culture around irrational boastfulness. We were always aware of it due to our unfortunate proximity to your culture, however lately it’s also obvious to everyone & anyone around the world too. Nations, Peoples & cultures all over the world are calling you out over this.

Ask your State or its representing government to grow a spine and call out Mr Trump for his lies. Until then just suck it.
