It has not, it can either decide to use a different approach, or it simply wants to make a new normal of having on and off for potential war.

As well as stretching Pakistan thin, and then maybe looking for some low hanging fruit

The new Chinese submarine's Pakistan are inducting seemed to be causing more than just a rift, so maybe the window India has is limited, but I cannot give this net assessment reliably in any way

Which actually makes the IAF less relevant so far as ALCM launches are concerned, Assuming India uses remaining stocks of SCALP and Brahmos ALCM These would have to be operating at least 250 km away from the Pakistan-India border. This brings the effective range of SCALP and Brahmos missiles over Pakistani territory down to 250 km from 500 km., Additionally the launches of the SCALPS and Brahmos can be detected somewhat earlier to activate counter measures.
A parallel here in the upcoming India-Pakistan war is the Russian experience :
Forcing the ALCM carrying aircraft to operate further away is a partial answer to the very capable Storm-Shadow/SCALP missiles. This is similar to what the Russians did to counter vintage 70s era Ukrainian Su-24 bombers rigged with very lethal Storm-Shadow and SCALP missiles.The high flying Su-24s carrying SCALP/Storm Shadow missiles initially wrought havoc, hitting critical Russian command and control centers killing hundreds of senior military personnel including those at the Major General level. Russia did eventually manage to largely (though not completely ) contain the threat.
.Russia had the advantage of using Su-35s equipped with long range 300 km R-37 missiles, which under certain conditions was able to down the high flying Su-24, The object was to force the Su 24s to fly further away and eventually target and down these before they released their payloads, (not after). Russia also hit the Su-24 bases using Iskander and Khinzal missiles.
After suffering extremely heavy losses, the Russians eventually eliminated the Su-24 fleet, and thus (temporarily) the SCALP/Storm Shadow threat , The Su 24s have since been replaced by Mirage 2000s and F-16s with fresh stocks of SCALP/Storm Shadow missiles as well as F-16 carrying JASSMs
So Russia is likely to suffer more heavy missile attacks,. The battle goes on,
The Russian experience may hold clues to the way an Indian Air Force ALCM maybe countered , though the Pakistan Air Force would need longer range PL-17 missiles to down the ALCM carriers, and DF-17 hypersonic missiles to hit the forward Indian Air Force bases. As far as is known Pakistan hasn't acquired these assets yet.
At this time the advantage seems to be with the Indian Air Force that will use the tactics Ukraine used against Russia.

Its not just elections - there is actual business profit tied to military action against Pakistan and subsequent economic and resource deals for certain Modi buddy baniyas.
 
Hit the economic hubs of indian at his time .
Target ambani and adanis . Their families as well.
Bomb sh!t eater's prime populated areas .
Focus should be on delhi and gujrat
