Reading between the lines here - a sudden shuffle in the senior leadership of Indian intelligence agency indicates a few scenarios:

1. Indian government is unhappy with any tactical options offered at present
2. Indian government is looking to shift gears and momentum towards any future war planning
3. There is some potential dissent within the Indian Establishment at the current narrative building or lack thereof for any punitive action against Pakistan.

As per haqeeqat TV, there's been world war III every single night, since the last 30 days. Meanwhile the civilian airspace at both sides remains as normal as it can ever be, from both Indian and Pakistani side. Back in May, Pakistan partially closed airspace 15 days earlier and India closed the airspace 10 days earlier. Both fully closed airspace a week ahead. the skies have US, European, Far Easter, worldwide flights. India is not gonna start shooting missiles within international civilian traffic, nobody does that and nobody will. Same goes for maritime areas.

If India really wanted to attack, they would have done it when Pak was busy with Afghanistan. That was the ideal time, if they were really so intent on attacking Pakistan.

In the past, irrespective of real cause, Modi and chimps would have jumped up and down and used this as an excuse for strikes. Modi knows that with limited military capability he can no longer use that card all the time. Even the usual ranting media channels are towing the party line and keeping quiet.

Possible, or may be this time they are waiting until tensions subsides and hit secretly when our guard is down, I am sure they have professionals too who can plan, they may be planning to take revenge of the last two episodes of humiliation?

Possibly. Hard to achieve complete element of surprise these days though
