Turkish Pilot and single engine F-16

F16 has a much powerful engine. 29,000 pounds thrust with afterburner. No comparison to Tejas. The US will never sell to India.
On the video the Turkish pilot performed the rollover very accurate. But always dangerous close to the ground with single engine aircraft. His plane as you can see it was 0.5sec away from death.

It's a risky manoeuvre for sure. I think airshows need to impose a minimum floor for this to happen i.e. not going close to the ground.

That’s dumb beyond repair, looping with head down over low ground. You can’t beat physics. Most likely young inexperienced pilots.

You don't get the idea of distance/depth from inside the cockpit.

They need to restrict such stunts at airshows. It's a danger both to the pilot and the on ground public.

Yes, speed and distance can be closer than it seems. Have you ever driven with more than 200kmh on the autobahn? I do. Sometimes it’s fun.

Probably, it is assumed that the country/company doing the display has done the due diligence and planned on all the aspects of each one of those.

At Farnborough air show, I remember that no aircraft was allowed to cross over the audience. Beyond that, organisers probably wouldn’t get into minute details as that could prevent the most eye catching events from taking place.

In fact all formation displays can have a mid air anytime. For a solo flight, a bird hit in even in a level flight might turn catastrophic.

Tejas has been doing the same display for many years and has been safe till date.
