On that, there is no disagreement with me. But I can't stand another Zia ul Haq using religion like Imran does now or what Nawaz was doing with his 'Amir ul Muminoon' BS. I am so DONE with the use of religion, piety as the garb to camouflage what is simply power grabs.

You might be done with how religion is used, but as long we all can collectively pretend on the basis of the Objectives Resolution, and all that we purport to derive from it, just how "Islamic" we are, it will remain the most effective tool to make idiots out of pretty much the whole of the country. And it works every time, all the time.

The Objective Resolution as well as ZAB's so-called 'Islamization' were not the problem. Problems were what Zia brought... on every level.

Gen Zia took that same fatal foundational flaw and took it to the next level, as did every one of the subsequent dictators, all the way to the current one. That is just the undeniable reality of the current Pakistan.

A Pakistani senator has demanded "immediate access" to the country's imprisoned former prime minister, Imran Khan, as fears grow over his well-being. Khan's family and friends say they have had no contact with Khan for three weeks.

Should I expect anything good coming from this foreign regime???

Wild claims surrounding former Pakistan PM Imran Khan's condition in the Adiala Jail have been flooding social media.

Some on this forum ( they know who they are ) claim no body cares about Khan.

Easier is to say “ who doesn’t care about Khan”

India is very interested in assassination of Niazi. They see it as a golden opportunity to farther their hybrid war on Pakistan.
India hates any one who works for the prosperity , well being and development of Pakistan ..

That is why India loves Nawaz sharifs …

I thought India’s official take was Pakistan army’s terror network that has destroyed peace in the region… you always on face value support democracy…

What happened ? Was Khan stinging remarks against the terrorist RSS too much at the UN ?

we think he is a crank, doesn't mean we want him dead. or even in jail A few speeches etc. doesn't have the effect you think it has. A few anal hemerrhoids should have been enough 'punishment' I think

The actual intellectual dishonesty is in pretending that IK is any different than the rest of the Mickey Mice. They ALL were prepared, installed and removed in the exact same way. ALL of them. Equally.
that is your assessment based on selective news

Khan is different which is why the majority still supports him.

Think for two seconds , despite all the election rigging , mass arrests , paid journalists, targeting of independent media and judiciary etc in short every thing North Korea would have done ..Khan is incredibly popular and people don’t believe your made up stories
.

I hated Benazir Bhutto to death and still do simply cos her father played a critical part in the destruction of East Pakistan and all she wanted revenge for her papa..

But the fact did remain she was incredibly popular especially in the 1990s across the board won elections when not rigged…

Your opinions are not facts
