It will have significant impact, you think they invest in farsi language news channels and other BS b/c its useless. The idea is to break through the Israeli monopoly on Hebrew information. Frankly Al Jazeera and other MENA countries should do something similar. This is how information warfare works.

To some extent I agree, but press tv will not exactly be readily available. Israel is heavily censored. Press tv is not even allowed in must western capitals, much less in a propagandized and brainwashed society like israel.
