Its gonna be tricky to add Syria into MDA, so far Israel has not directly hit KSA or Turkiye or Pakistan, but Israel is occupying Syrian lands and they have bombed Syrian bases without much issue, as much as we can support MDA but if Syria join then Israel will mop the floor with a standing member, remember MDA clause where attack on 1 is attack on all ? now we can argue that this clause didn't get activated for Houthis because they are a insurgent group, a internal matter. But Syrian position is tricky, and plus we don't know where Syria stands at the moment.

Yep , there are as many fault lines in Iran as there are in Pakistan , we should remove one fault line by taking over sistan balauchistan and chabhar if the opportunity knocks at our door.

Syria is a lost cause and Pakistan should keep them away from MDA. Turkieye obviously would like to add Syria to the MDA so that it can get some form of defensive cover for "its own operations in Syria etc".

Pakistan has absolutely no reason to go to Syrias defence.
