Only talks and better border security required on Pak Afghan border. We been fighting WOT in KPK for the last 35 years, outcome is zero.
Today, DGISPR again threat to Imran Khan bare metal response, which is already going on.

Pakistan has a 1600 mile porous border with Afghanistan. Afghanistan is hell bent, and has always hosted/provided anti Pakistan terrorists on Afghan soil; and sent over terrorists and suicide bombers inside Pakistan; resulting in countless Pakistani citizens being killed over decades.

India can be argued to be a British "creation". Pakistan was not. Our people, Muslim League, Jinnah, Iqbal snatched it from the British and the Indians. Or do you actually believe London would preferentially midwife a self sufficient and resilient muslim majority nation? London would have preferred that we were all permanently under the saffron yoke.

As I pointed out to a Hindutva extremist earlier today, both the modern nations of India and Pakistan are creations of the British, via an Act of its Parliament that dismantled the British India colony.

The failed strategy existed long before Imran Khan and after him as well. He was merely the public face. Even as we speak, the TTP and Army are negotiating yet another deal. Who will you blame for that ?

Yes Durand Line is the international border between Afghanistan and Pakistan and both countries recognized each other long time back. Talks absolutely are possible and have been happening for last 70 years. I dont know what you are talking about.

This is not the topic, advise you read the history of these terror group. We used TTP and Afghan Taliban to topple Ghani govt. When US raid intensifies these Afghan Taliban used to take refuge in TTP protected sanctuaries along Pak-Afghan border. Now where should we look ? . You feed the dog , now you are trying to kill the dog , which is now Bull dog.
US govt knows very well, our Generals played the role for US ejection from Afghanistan and they are extremely upset and soon they will come after this betrayal....sooner or later.
They lost listening post against , Iran, China and Russia.

The civilian government that is implementing proven failed strategies of dealing with terrorists, is responsible. They cannot hide behind the military everywhere.

I would agree with you if negotiations with TTP and Afghanistan, and acceptance of the Durand Line as the international border were going somewhere during Imran Khan’s time. But they were not.

33 years of military rule couldn’t achieve anything…. When you have 100% control over country(excluding hybrid/indirect puppet rule) … the territorial problems always existed and will continue to exist… this is where Number 1 should work and not in foreign policies or politics…. Pakistan will go on. Imran's ONLY card left is using the resources of the K-P province and ethnic blackmail and they will not be enough for him to emancipate himself. Pakistan is bigger then these midgets! Even I, in my younger years, when Benazir was ousted by President Ghulam Ishaq Khan in August 1990, feared that Sindh would go its own way. So glad how wrong I was!
