.UN has written a scathing letter reprimanding this govt of inhumane behavior .

NOPE. UN did not do any such thing.

That letter is a personal opinion of one person and carries absolutely no official authority or weight.

Here is the full letter:

Relevant excerpt:

Special Procedures experts work on a voluntary basis; they are not UN staff and do not receive a salary for their work. While the UN Human Rights office acts as the secretariat for Special Procedures, the experts serve in their individual capacity and are independent from any government or organization, including OHCHR and the UN. Any views or opinions presented are solely those of the author and do not necessarily represent those of the UN or OHCHR.

Why would you want to get HYD and Jgadh? They are deep inside Indian territory and are Hindu majority regions.

To be included in the new caliphate, of course. :D

Seriously though, the basic issue is one of majority population religion and ruling family religion at the time of partition, to decide whom to join. Neither side is consistent in what it would want done, and picking and choosing what suits for each such state in question in a hypocritical manner is bound to fail, as it has.

What does one expect from people who have posted above they met IK and he "felt like God"? Nauzobillah.

also this , this is just baffling. sprayed with little cold water and you compare it with Karbala

I dedicated a few lines from the famous poem ‘The Rebel’ by Kazi Nazrul Islam to IK.

Weary of battles, I, the Great Rebel,
shall rest in peace only when
the anguished cry of the oppressed
shall no longer reverberate in the sky and the air,
and the tyrant's bloody sword
will no longer rattle in battlefields.
Only then shall I, the Rebel,
rest in peace.

I'm the eternal Rebel,
I have risen beyond this world, alone,
with my head ever held high!

Because only he is a Khotakhail among Pak politicians. If you just look at all his actions since the military revoked its support to him in early 2022, you'll see him aimlessly wandering around just like a silly khota (i.e. donkey).

He's not been able to achieve even a single objective. Rather he stupidly kept challenging state's writ and continuously breaking the law. The brainless idiot now wants to become a Sheikh Mujib too.

IK's whole family is disgracefully known as Khotakhails because of their stupidity and stubbornness. His sister appeared on Indian media again just because common Pakistanis criticized her for giving interviews to multiple TV channels a few days ago. (Since you criticized it, I would do it again.)

His brainless followers kept pushing him into deeper mess by first challenging the opponents/state to bring a no-confidence motion in the national assembly, then daring it to arrest him, then to convict him, then to break him, and now to hang him. Government seems taking their challenges and showing state's power.

No man, I humbly disagree except his sister interview with Bharti Media. I strongly criticized her in original thread.

I have deep respect for IK and I ain't changing my view. I got no benefit for doing this.

Well even if it is someone ‘s opinion it still matters as it is coming from someone in UN and people at this level don’t just share opinions unless it has been approved by the high ups ..the reason they do this is because they do t want to be accused of interference in internal matters . I never saw this level is criticism before

A few wannabe miscreants were dispersed using non-violent means. How nig of a deal would that be?

Oh, so "this time" will be different than all the previous times this was claimed. Okay, good. But I will believe it when it actually happens.

Next Tuesday perhaps?
That is how revolutions happen …the status quo types like you dismiss them as miscreants but in reality it is the awaam that is behind these miscreants and as soon as the awaam feels that these miscreants are winning they will start pouring in the streets and game over . Look it is pretty simple ..it is a battle between people who want to keep the status quo vs who want change …and the awaam overwhelmingly wants change ..just see where we are compared to India ? Everyone sees they this system has failed ..elites and military have sucked the the country dry . Whose side do you want to be on? I know I am on the right side is history

No, it is NOT. She is not even a staff member of UN. Her personal opinion does not need any approval from "higher-ups". This letter is just social media fluff.

Yawn. Please send me a carrier pigeon message when that actually happens.

When people don't come out on the streets, @VCheng has a problem. When they do come out, @VCheng proudly labels them as a "few wanna be miscreants". So, either way, he is not happy and can't help but to spew his Bughz-e-Imran as usual! 🙄

And what do you expect from people who just gave lifetime immunity to their military "God" Hazrat Asim Munir, Nauzobillah? 🙄
