The new govt of Iraq exists b/c of the Americans, and you are talking about getting rid of them? They are the collaborators who helped the US in the invasion of Iraq.

The Iraqi govt isn't trying to get rid of them, its not even trying to diversify away from the United States, all the revenue from Iraqi oil sold is stored in US banks, as was the procedure that was set up when the uS set up the government.

I don't really care for Saddam to be honest, but obviously I opposed the US invasion of Iraq. All I was doing was pointing out the dichotomy in views and the contradiction of those people who cheered for the invasion and his overthrow but then cite their supposed advocacy for Palestine as a reason for by Assad slaughtering Syria and depopulating it is some sort of necessary evil, b/c Palestine needs support or whatever.
