Syrian Civil War and The future of Syria after liberation

They were there before he even got there, One by one they will leave. Not sure why Iranians comment so much about the united states when they can't even get rid of the United States in Iraq, and we are supposed to believe they can get rid of the zionist order in the region?
Is there any foreign military base in Iran? Compare to Turnkey and others in West Asia. At least Iraq is doing its best to oust them through diplomacy. Iraqi Kurds, Iraqi Sunnis, Persian Gulf states try to hinder this proces.

Prime Minister Shia al-Sudani, like previous U.S.-backed regimes such as Nouri al-Maliki’s, came to power with American support. Are we really meant to believe that these same figures long seen as U.S. tools will now expel the United States?

During the U.S. invasion of Iraq, Al-Sistani, one of the most influential Shia clerics in the world, urged his followers to cooperate with coalition forces. Shia factions, backed by Iran, like Northern alliance helping US in the killing of Muslims. It is crystal clear that Iran was the biggest beneficiary of the U.S. invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan.

Tehran gained more than anyone from the destruction of Saddam and the Taliban. Iran cannot help install a system under U.S. protection, profit from it for two decades, and then claim to be expelling that same power through the very system it benefited from. That is not resistance at all but a marriage of convenience.IMG_2955.jpeg

How can we get rid of the Zionists when Sunni Arabs and Turks keep propping them up?

lol

The new govt of Iraq exists b/c of the Americans, and you are talking about getting rid of them? They are the collaborators who helped the US in the invasion of Iraq.

The Iraqi govt isn't trying to get rid of them, its not even trying to diversify away from the United States, all the revenue from Iraqi oil sold is stored in US banks, as was the procedure that was set up when the uS set up the government.

Saddam supported Palestine, his overthrow cut off support to Palestinians factions and served Israeli interests.

Iran didn't remove Saddam Hussain. The U.S did using Kuwait as its launch pad. The same U.S who is in bed with every single Persian Gulf Arab states. We had no role in the decision making or facilitation of the Monster's removal. We only benefitted from its removal.

Bashar wasn't arming any group actively fighting Israel unlike Saddam. Saddam funded the PLO and Hamas. Bashar did neither. Bashar called Hamas an uninvited guest in a meeting with US Senators, saying he would kick them out if the US took sanctions off him, in 2010.

Bashar never fired a single bullet at Israel, Saddam was well known for Scudding Israel, its why they built their Ballistic Missile Air Defense in the first place.

Israel wanted Assad to stay rather than have HTS in Syria. It one the reasons they are frantically doing all sorts of BS in the south with the Druze and the various kinetic exchanges. Israel and Assad had an arrangement for decades.

Israelis wanted Saddam gone, Netanyahu testified in the US congress urging the overthrow of Saddam.

The same "necessary sacrifices for the anti zionist cause" stuff the Iranians don't apply when it comes to Saddam, but then feign it with Syria/Bashar, and accuse people opposed to Bashar as working for Zionists.

I don't think Iranians should talk about Syria and the "Anti Zionist fight" until "The Resistance" gets rid of the US in Iraq where they actually enjoy a Shia Majority govt with an Iranian friendly leader and all these Hezbollah Adjacent militias. If all that power and you still can't get the US to exit Iraq like it did in Afghanistan(something the Taliban actually managed with less resources), then whats the point of all this brovado about you will be the ones to get rid of the zionist entity and liberators of Al Aqsa and how you will banish the US from the regions. It doesn't add up, work on Iraq, and if you succeed there, then maybe people take the rest of your claims seriously.

My Dog? lol

I don't really care for Saddam to be honest, but obviously I opposed the US invasion of Iraq. All I was doing was pointing out the dichotomy in views and the contradiction of those people who cheered for the invasion and his overthrow but then cite their supposed advocacy for Palestine as a reason for by Assad slaughtering Syria and depopulating it is some sort of necessary evil, b/c Palestine needs support or whatever.

Shouldn't have been in the hands of occupying American forces. I do however agree that its concerning we look up to tyrants like Saddam to stand up to our enemies and give us hope.

The US created ISIS/Al-Qaeda, and Al-Joolani himself (the Syrian head of state supported by the US) is from ISIS. The US bombings in Syria and Venezuela are for oil theft and justified as a "war on terror" or "narcoterrorism".
