Current situation of Somalia, it's divided in to 4 different main groups. Somaliland, UN Saudia Qatar Turkish Usa backed government, Puntland and Wahabi terrorists. The question arises who is funding and training the extremists, why UN backed government cannot take back their land. Also the UN backed government has taken some of Somaliland territory and they will plan to take it back so more fighting will happen.

Just needed some information. Isn't somalialand anti Islamist/extremist. So far we seen no Al Shabaab and other extremists in their territories but extremists control around 50% territory from UN backed Somalia government. Puntland is another breakaway region, with their own military, police and government. And Somalialand always maintained independency from mainland Somalia.

in addition to other points, Türkiye and other Muslim nations should engage this federal state that is opposing this dangerous development. At minimum, strengthening the security forces there would keep the secessionists and their foreign backers in check.

The Usa Saudi Turkish Qatari backed government first needs to gain back its territory from Al Shabaab and ISIS types, that's like 50% of their land, then concentrate elsewhere. Despite Usa and Turkish drone help they cannot defeat the terorrists, it has been many years.

Most of Al-Shabaab emirs (leaders) originate from "Somaliland". This takfiri group was setup to deny peace and stability in the rest of Somalia, with outside support.
With respect to the "Somaliland's" independence, they were pursuing secession, but at the same time were sending their parliamentary representatives to Mogadishu. The govt in Mogadishu was weaker due to the long-running civil war, Al-Shabaab, and fragmentation through the federal charter imposed by the outside powers. So it couldn't extend its authority to "Somaliland".
That being said, "Somaliland" does not control all of the territories it claims. For instance, after 9 months of fighting, their forces were driven out of Sool region in August 235, 2023. The people of 3 regions (Sool, Sanaag, and Cayn) which make up roughly 40 to 45% of territories formed a federal state called North East State and confirmed their allegiance to Mogadishu. In the Western side of "Somaliland", there is currently an ongoing civil war there in the past few weeks.
With respect to Puntland, they did not declare secession. Their govt is in dispute with Mogadishu.

I agree with you the current leaders we have in Mogadishu has been struggling to defeat that terrorist menace. The previous govt was committed to building the military but were sabotaged by UAE, UK, and USA to the point President Farmaajo was forced out. Sadly, the current leaders we have in Mogadishu is all about staying power and don't seem to be prioritizing fighting Al-Shabaab.
We should take into account the arms embargo that handicapped the Somali forces. President Biden alleviated some of it but by and large, the embargo is in place in many areas.
In the note that you quoted, I was referring to the below note from the Türkiye PM. This federal administration is in the neighborhood, rejected secession, and supports cohesive Somalia. By supporting this administration, the Israeli nonsense can be controlled.

Make no mistake about Israeli plans here. It is geared towards expelling the beleaguered Palestinian people from their ancestral homeland to this part of the world, & setting up military bases to threaten Yemen, Iran, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Turkiye, and others.
