Discoloration that you are seeing is because of on going repair works and the Amritsar airbase ones are not mere discoloration they are truss structure whose roof is a metal sheet a metal sheet never shows discoloration what you are seeing is repair works on going after holes were punched in them
Bro those are metal roofs and what you are seeing are the repair works going on, its a 2 month old imagery ur not gonna get a punched hole imagery.

You need to read @Panzerkiel post again. It was not a rocket strike but a drone attack. Drone doesn't create a blast like missile hot and impact destruction is also limited. Perhaps it was a warning shot more which served it purpose.
