LOL you're comparing apples to oranges, utility/transport helicopter to attack helicopter, compare Mi-28NM to US AH-64 Apache not with Blackhawk

So don't compare Blackhawk with Attack helicopter, you should compare Russian MI-17 or similar Russian medium utility/transport helicopter with Ukrainian Blackhawk, this would be reasonable comparison lol

Blackhawk is used as attack helicopter by Ukraine. So Mi-28NM vs Blackhawk is fair game.

Blackhawk is not a dedicated attack helicopter like Mi-28NM, may be Ukrainian Blackhawks attacked Russian troops/equipment with a door mounted heavy Machine guns and unguided rocket pods, same as US did use Bell 212 (hue) medium utility helicopter as a (fire support) helicopter in Vietnam war but main attack helicopter in Vietnam war for USA was AH-1 cobra not Bell 212
So Ukrainian Blackhawks are mainly FIRE SUPPORT helicopter not a DEDICATED ATTACK helicopter like MI-28NM,
So this is a unfair comparison

Apache not as good as Mi-28NM. Apache has to visually sight and lock the target before shooting Hellfire missile. Mi-28NM shoots LMUR missile from stand off distance without ever seeing the target on EO.
